“First impressions are very good, only one problem which is not too serious is that one of the tie straps are both male to male rather than male to female clips. The material looks heavy duty and nice to look at. I would recommend”

“As I am only writing this review shortly after receiving it I don't know yet how it will wear over time/ Reasonably prompt delivery. Not as thick we would have ideally wanted but fit our table ok.”

“The site was very easy to navigate and the deals were amazingly good value for some of the products. The product I was looking for was well described, including dimensions, and helped me find the right size for me. Ordering was very easy and postage was included - bonus! The item arrived as expected, was well packaged and fitted perfectly - would recommend this supplier to others.”

“The cover was too small for my table and chairs, I have tried to return the cover from both a parcel shop and a locker, the bar codes on the returns labels were not recognised. I contacted your help line, the instructions were to return the goods directly to yourselves. I have returned the parcel via the post office at a charge of £8.60. I'm so disappointed to say the least.”

“Not particularly helpful however was the vendor customer service. It became clear that they are a sales agent, not involved in stocking or despatching the product. They were unable to provide any post sales information. The courier was Royal Mail, who were able to provide tracking. The final questionable point was the delivery note, which states that the order was despatched on 22nd January 2026, when in fact Royal Mail emailed on 26th January, stating they would deliver an the 27th January. However,as we were not available on that day, it was us who rearranged the pick up at our local Post office. Unless GFC are closely linked to 60stores, I would recommend a review of how they operate and weigh up any potential negative feedback that might affect future sales. All communications to date were through 60stores, so potentially something that GFC have not been kept in the loop.”
