“looks great, haven't used the covers yet, but have bought similar products from you in the past, they do last for a long time... firdt time the cushion bags, which willbe a great asset when summer is over, and for winter store of cushions.”

“I cannot recommend this company. The quality of the cover was disappointing and did not meet my expectations based on the product description. After agreeing to arrange a collection, no courier arrived, despite me taking a day’s annual leave to wait in. I was promised tracking details, which never arrived, and my subsequent emails have been ignored. Very poor customer service and communication.”

“My two- seater bench cover fits perfectly and looks very smart and sturdy. My only criticism is the zipped bag which it was tightly packed into, which is also smart and sturdy, but absolutely useless because it is impossible to pack it back into it! Still, I am looking forward to my bench surviving the coming winter very well.”

“I bought this swing cover because it is guaranteed for 7 years and the description stated it was heavy duty. After years of buying covers and them ripping within a couple of years I decided to buy an expensive cover in the hope it would last. The material feels tough so we wait and see.”

“The bistro set cover is really thick and strong- well made. Unfortunately despite me checking what size I needed it didnt fit my furniture- returns are only accepted if the cover hasnt been out of the bag and unfolded which obviously it had as that's how I knew it was too small so make sure you measure correctly or you will be stuck with a cover that doesnt fit like me.”

“Item not shipped. Tried calling and was disconnected multiple times. Tried the online contact form and got no response. Contacted customer service via the email address given on the phone line and was told I was would receive a despatch email the next day and delivery on the day after that. Neither happened and I had to chase for an explanation. Disappointing service.”
