I bought furniture cover a year ago and in less then a year it torn in the middle , u patched it with a tape then it got thinner and started tearing in other parts. I spend £59 with worst quality cover I ever bought. I would recommend cheaper options available on Amazon or Asda

I can not rate the item as as yet not received !! Ordered Saturday Morning it is Thursday today . Can you advise date of delivery due !!!!???? Waiting

I ordered a 4-6 seater patio set cover but received a flat bed BBQ cover! Needless to say not happy with this first time experience of using GardenFurnitureCovers. Am now waiting for this wrong item to be collected and a refund. Had to go out and buy patio set cover locally as cannot wait for another on to be sent, due to the imminent bad weather.

The worst company i have ever dealt with. Sent the wrong order. Took two weeks to correct their mistake and then sent the wrong order again. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to resolve the situation and the customer services function was beyond useless. Avoid this company and go to one of their competitors if you want a reliable service. Utterly rubbish service.

I ordered two round table covers for a 6-8 and 4 seater but instead recieved a 6-8 seater cover and a rectangular barbecue cover(see attached pictures). I sent an email explaining the mistake and got an initial response from Ellis but It has now been more than 2 weeks and several emails from me without any reply from the company on how they intend to refund my money back or even send out the item I ordered. Please beware when using this company because once they take your money they dont care about the follow up service.

Honestly the BEST, strongest, roomiest Hammock Cover we have ever bought! BUT THEN THE ZIP BROKE and the Company have only offered £10 to get it repaired - when really they should send us a new one as it was under warranty for 1 year.

Appalling customer service. Original order was incorrect - a mistake on the company's part. I have spent weeks trying to sort this out. Repeated requests to be put in touch with a manager have been denied. It’s still not been made right and my furniture has no covers! Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered BBQ cover and received a cover fora round table!!! Email my complaint. Received email back asking for picture of the item I received which I sent back by return email. A week later and I have heard nothing!! No correct item or any communication.

I purchased a corner unit furniture cover, it had a 12 month guarantee, after 13 months it tore in a few places, I sent pictures to the customer service department asking for a replacement, there reply was the cover was out of guarantee, yes it was but only by 1 month, they could see from the pictures that the tears were a manufacture fault but they were not interested, avoid this company.

Poor customer service, wrong size bench cover sent, then expected to stay at home all day for a collection which has to be a week day .before they will send out the correct cover. Do you not realise that people do work

Received my garden table cover yesterday and today decided to try it out for the first time. As I was tightening the drawstring which goes around the bottom of the cover, one of the little circular eyelets which protect the drawstring came loose from the material. First attempt and the product failed as it was being fitted. I’m now keeping my fingers crossed it actually keeps out the rain.

Awful customer service!! I ordered a Medium and a Large cover for my outdoor dining set but received a Small and Medium. I emailed to advise of the error (they do NOT have a phone number). They arranged collection of both covers, however 19 days and 13 emails later I have still Not received the large cover - or a refund. In fact they sent me an email to say only one cover would be refunded despite confirming two had been returned. My new table and chairs has been exposed to the sun and rain and are getting ruined! The company have failed to call me and resolve this issue. Avoid buying direct at all costs unless you are absolutely sure you will not need post sale customer services - unless you want to still be out of pocket three weeks later. The clearly don't want to return the money or send out the correct item. Complete con!

Incorrect product .Delivery did not arrive when said despite waiting in for it. Took 2nd attempt for the company to arrange pick up for incorrect item. Could not get through by phone to sort despite numerous E mails for them to contact me.No apologies. After 2 weeks waiting for replacement had to contact by E mail as its whereabouts. I had gone off the radar completely. Dont say this lightly, worst buying experience I have ever had. Still waiting for an apology for all the hassle . Like the product, it will not come.There must be many customers just like me for sure.

This company is rubbish. I ordered over a week ago they took my money within days but I still have not received my goods. I have tried to contact the company sixty.co.uk but they have no email address for complaints. I am very disappointed with the service cannot make a comment about the product as I haven't received it
