Ordered a cover on Thursday expected it on Friday. It’s now Tuesday and it hasn’t arrived and no communication. The cover now appears on site as “on back order”. I would like my money back please.

Still waiting for order to be delivered!......phoned company after a week and was assured it would be delivered shortly.....still waiting after nearly two weeks.....tried to phone again but was continually number one in the queue!!......dreadful service.

Ordered product on 4th July, received email confirming order. Emailed them two weeks later after hearing nothing about the progress of the order. After a further 5 days of hearing nothing in response to my email I tried to email again, but their website wouldn't process any of my five attempts to contact them. Their website states they provide great customer service and quick delivery, but unfortunately I am yet to witness any evidence of this. They have my money, but I have neither the product or any updates from them.

When you first received our cover it was great, fast delivery, excellent fit and 100% waterproof ( at this stage I would have given it 5 stars) however after only 4 months we have had significant colour change, severely faded and with this the cover had gone extremely brittle and torn badly in several places! We went for the deluxe range that was uv protected and waterproof thinking the material would be better quality and keep our garden sofa covered and protected, however now with the tears this will not be possible. For £69.99 we always were careful when placing the cover on and off and stored it properly when not in use during the day, We thought the quality would be better and last longer then this. Such a shame!

Wrong covers sent. Replacements will not be sent until wrong ones collected and received back in warehouse. So even IF correct ones are delivered this time, I have had to be at home for 3 days - and it has taken nearly a week from order to delivery. Not good enough!

I am still awaiting delivery. I have tried to track the delivery but all I get in response is that there is no tracking information. You tell me what has gone wrong!!!

I ordered a bbq cover - I got a water shedding pole. In order to get the bbq cover I paid for I have to go to a post office and spend money sending back something I don’t want. Then they will send me the thing I ordered apparently.

Received my cover just over a week ago - within one hour it had blown off and it wasn’t even that windy! Just returned from a week away, having put stones on top to try to weight down and it was all blown up again and full of rain weather!!! Totally useless and that’s just after 2 weeks - god help me if there was a real storm 😡😡

I wish I could write a review on my covers that I ordered! I stayed in to receive them on Friday afternoon, they were not delivered. When I spoke to the delivery co they said delivery was attempted and a card left. This was untrue, I was sat where I could see the house front and no one delivered a card. Apparently they are being delivered Monday afternoon, another afternoon I have to wait for their delivery. Not happy

THE ITEM ITSELF WAS EXCELLENT BUT AS FAR AS THE INTERNET ORDERING SYSTEM WAS CONCERNED IT LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED.THE AFTER SERVICE ALSO WAS THE SAME.

I have still not received delivery of my order placed on 29 Sep 17. And to register my complaint about the appalling follow up delivery service. I received a card to say that delivery had been made on 3 Oct 17 and I accept I was not in to receive it. I then booked a new delivery date for Fri 13 Oct which was not delivered. I phoned APC on Sat 14 Oct at 0800 only to be told that it was due for delivery today (which is not what I agreed). Nevertheless my wife has been in all day i.e. between 0800 -1600 but still no delivery. Having phoned the delivery company this evening she was told it is scheduled for tomorrow. this is totally unacceptable and my wife has to be at another appointment by 1400. If delivery is not made before then I will be cancelling the order and requesting a refund. You can then see if you have better luck getting the product back! I would appreciate a call in the morning to confirm please.
