“Money has been taken out of my bank account for a cover costing £88 No confirmation no delivery date. Not a good review!!!!! Where is my cover.”

“The cover was too small for my table and chairs, I have tried to return the cover from both a parcel shop and a locker, the bar codes on the returns labels were not recognised. I contacted your help line, the instructions were to return the goods directly to yourselves. I have returned the parcel via the post office at a charge of £8.60. I'm so disappointed to say the least.”

“Following my previous one star review after not receiving replies to my emails about a missing item from my order, I received a message saying the missing item was on its way. However I have now been sent two more of the items I did receive and therefore do not need. The incompetence of this company is unbelievable.”
