My order (#2240) took far too long to arrive from placing the order online. After a week or so I used the online facility to contact you reference my item. It took until the following day to get a reply. If there is a problem with a customer's order then I suggest you have the decency to contact them and explain why there is such a long delay. You are quick to take the money, therefore you should be equally as quick to despatch the ordered goods. For example, 3 months ago I ordered a golf trolley and bag from hotgolf.co.uk. My items arrived the following day. Now that is how to run an online service. Feel free to contact them on how they achieve their goals. In short, I was extremely disappointed with your service, therefore I will not be a returning customer.
