I purchased a deluxe 184 cm companion seat cover in May 2024, I found the Garden Furniture Covers website easy to use and at the time the price was competitive. After one summer and one winter, the cover was faded and torn so basically ruined after a year to eighteen months use. I've just purchased what is described as a super tough polythene grade cover as a replacement. There has been a significant price hike since 2024 and my opinion is that the deluxe cover is not worth the money, for eighteen months of service. It is important to note that the published guarantee, only covers manufacturing defects so don't let the 5 / 7 year guarantee fool you into thinking Garden Furniture Covers might last that long.

Was easy to buy, but after that, it's all gone wrong. EVRI didn't tell me when delivery was due, so there was nobody in. Not left with a neighbour or inside the porch, the delivery guy decided to take it away! When I used link to get a redelivery, I had to pay for it! Once paid, I was then told, after money had been taken, that delivery would be sometime within the next 3 business days, with no definition of what constituted a 'business day' in day or time, so now left waiting in for 3/4/5 days! THANKS EVRI....

The bottom adjustable string was snapped and very badly worn. I will not be sending it back as it is not worth the cost ~ I will repair it myself.

Have not received a confirmation email, only the PayPal email confirming payment. As far as I am aware, the product has not yet been despatched. Can’t review a product I haven’t received.

Very thin but looks strong. Supposed to be for 6 seater but a real stretch and I suspect the chair corners will break through. A tie at the bottom but no anchors for chai feet means in the wind it lifts. Making sure I keep the receipt for the 5 year warranty.

Easy to use website and good delivery timescale. Disappointed with the quailty of packge on my second delivery. Two heavy objects in a brown paper bag - naturally torn but at least courier spent time with me to ensure all goods were present.

Your delivery company APC delivered to wrong address, luckily this had happened before with another delivery driver from another company so person at wrong address brought item around to me. They went to 55 Archery Road not 55 Strongbow Road. Not even same postcode.

The ordered item arrived today and is as described and perfectly satisfactoy, thank you. However, following your confirmation of my order last Saturday, I received no further communication from you at all regarding either it's date of despatch or method of delivery. Consequently I had no means of knowing how or when it was likely to arrive and, inevitably, I was out when FedEx tried, unexpectedly, to deliver it. Fortunately they were able to leave it with my neighbour. I've had items delivered this week by Yodel and DPD both of whom notified me in advance by email when they were going to deliver, but regrettably no such information from FedEx was forthcoming. Perhaps, at least, notification of despatch and chosen method of delivery from you would be helpful, if not use of a courier who has better communication practices.

Poorer quality than expected for the price. Not enough eyelets to hold it in place. Sold as “All weather” table and chairs cover but keep out of windy conditions! Would have returned it but urgently needed at the moment.
