Good website easy to navigate the wide range of items. Good email communication, very prompt delivery.....All going so well until incorrect goods arrived, looks like we received another customers goods. So annoying that they failed on final hurdle.....Now waiting to see how their Customer Services handle the problem.

Poor customer service. Buyers beware! Only received 2 of the 4 items I ordered. E nail address and phone number not on the website, so makes it very difficult to track info down. When you do they don’t answer the phone and if you e mail on the site using contact box provided message flashed up message not sent please try again!!! I would add have been trying to contact them over 2 days. 9 long phone calls cut off so cannot get through and 4 emails now rejected. I’m still waiting for the other 2 items and the first two were late! Delivery company ( very good) told me nothing outstanding intheir depot.

I have had no communication, confirmation of order or received the product yet so cannot review the cover ordered. However I can say I am disappointed that I have had no confirmation of the order.

Receive my order, wrong item! No order note or invoice inside to show if the order was right but item picked wrong. Went to website to call - NO TELEPHONE number and no telephone number on their parent site Sixty. Do no trust companies that you cannot call and half the reviews on here are ANONYMOUS - the review site asked how you contacted them email or telephone - THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER!!!!!

The product might be good. Who knows. As I am still waiting delivery, buy a company who said they carded me when I was here. Incidentally a porch camera can confirm that the courier never even came to my house. So, you can understand why this review is how it is. Get yourself a decent delivery company!

Bought a small dining set cover product ref:W1644 last summer. By December one of the seams had split and a rip occurred in one of the corners. Tried repairing with special tape but by the end of January it was in strips. Not recommended.

DELIVERY COMPANY YOU USE DID NOT LEAVE THE PARCEL HOW CAN I RECEIVE A DELIVERY WHEN I WORK A FULL TIME ? ALL OTHER COMPANIES LEAVE AT SAFE PLACE OR NEIGHBOUR !!!

Rubbish company to deal with. Shoddy goods - fall apart within weeks and company refuses to accept liability.

Lacks any attachments to tie to furniture. The first strong wind ( I live on the coast) and it’ll be blown away.

Ordered a cover for my parasol which was exactly as described and i am happy with this product. However the cover i ordered for my furniture was not as described. The cover was described to fit a L -Shape furniture and table (as per the pics they use on the site) but it is not as described. Its far to big for the measurements that they give on the website and therefore you end up with it all baggy and a untidy fit. The cover will just pool water when used and strong winds likely to blow the cover off. When i asked for refund to return i was originally told NO due to it being 'used' however it is not apparent the size of the cover would drown the furniture until i tested as i was expecting it to be as described. I was eventually told that i had to packet it up as it arrived (Which is impossible to fit it back into the original carry bag once removed) and return it at my own expense for them to inspect. however i only was entitled to if it was in the 14 days since i placed order (Due to delivery time and waiting for the weekend to put the product on in day light i ran out of time to get it sorted and delivered back to them in time) Will not be using this company again due to their customer service as well as a misleading product description.

I was to be charged £29.99 for delivery of a cube set cover to an address on mainland Scotland ( Dunoon which is about an hour and a half travel from Glasgow) The reason given was "due to my location" and was stated on the order "Scotland" Perhaps greater clarification on exclusions is needed on their website. I am not on any of the exclusion zones listed and will go to a supplier who can offer free delivery usually from a depot in the Paisley area which is within my post code!!!

Order placed and charged on 03.09. 18. After several calls an mails , delivery failed on the 16.10.18 because driver did not find nor call the house. However we were not informed of the failed delivery. Finally arrived on the 19.10. 18.

Products appear to be of a good quality, although no better than you can get elsewhere for a similar price. Unfortunately, the customer service is simply terrible. I placed an order for 3 items, all of which were shown as in stock on the website. When the order was delivered only 2 of the items were included. It was only when I inquired about the remaining item that I was told it was actually out of stock. In the first instance I should not have needed to contact the seller to determine that this was the case. After learning that the item was out of stock I was told it would be available again 'next week'. On this basis I was happy to wait for the item, however, a week past and there was no sign of the item or any updates from Garden Furniture Covers. After contacting them again I was once again told it would be in stock 'next week'. Following a further round of being told the item would be available 'next week' and having waited a total of 5 weeks for the item I decided to cancel the order and request a refund, which has been received. I am now forced to place another order with a different supplier to get the cover I need for the winter months. It is simply unacceptable for a company to continually lie to their customers about the availability of an item. If I had been told the item would be available in 6 weeks at the outset then I would probably have been prepared to wait. Instead I have lost all faith in them completing the order at all.

Terrible customer service and not even an apology from them for sending out the wrong item. The mark of a good company is how they deal with their mistakes. This company isn't interested in keeping customers, just keeping your money. It's the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with and all caused by their own error. If they send the right item you hopefully won't have to deal with them, but if they get it wrong you can look forward to a very frustrating 10 days waiting for them to correct their mistake, not keeping you informed and giving you incorrect information. Reading through other reviews this is obviously a common and consistent issue that they don't seem willing to address, but like their customer service, they don't care.

I can't really write a,review as such as I'm still waiting for my goods. I've enquired where my order is and been given 3 different ticket numbers and told someone would be in touch within a day . Nothing at all no goods no contact. Not happy at moment at all

Received a call asking for confirmation of address. I gave the advisor correct address but no parcel was delivered! Still waiting!
