I am awaiting delivery of my cover via fed ex, they said they have left a card with a tracking number, NO CARD, the name is M. Armstrong 07809 762203 please check the status of delivery

Wrong item delivered. Arranged replacement but shop will not send until wrong item is returned. At present waiting for delivery company for pick up of wrong item but have not been sent any tracking details. Emailed this morning for delivery info but no response received. Are they coming today? Not happy!

I’m still waiting on the product I ordered 2 weeks ago!! Not sure what’s going on but I can’t rate a product that I haven’t received yet!! Also not received any up dates on my delivery so at the moment it’s a big 0 out of 10!!

I am being asked to write a review of garden covers I have ordered. Unfortunately I have not received my order. It would seem to me that the company needs to ensure they deliver the items first before asking for a review.

Thought i would give the company another chance as i had previously complained over the warranty on a previous purchase when the cover had fallen apart after very little time ? however i never even got a response . but i thought this could just be a bad batch so i ordered another cover on the 8th April and surprise its now the 17th and still no delivery ? i think i will just give up and look elsewhere

Terrible service, placed order online, no confirmation email, no shipping or tracking correspondence, had to follow up with Sixty via email, received no updates. First and last time, will not be using this supplier again.

I ordered 2 items - only one has arrived. I have received no confirmatory email and no details as to dispatch. Not a very good service.
