“Very good I had a lovely trip but do be aware that they are only a booking agency who book trips through other providers who may give you a better deal!”

We do price match with our providers so you should also be able to get the best deals with us, as well as a personal travel advisor and trip co-ordinator to answer all of your queries, access to our 24/7 emergency phone line and financial protection through out ABTOT membership :)

“I've been away with Gap 360 twice now and I'd always return. I started off with a more of a 'party' holiday to Thailand for a month and my obsession began. Since then, I haven't been able to stop- being by my own with my friends or since I've done the Central American Journey too and it was a lot more cultured and interesting but they really do offer a bit of everything or something for everyone. Thanks Gap 360!”

“Overall the trip to Thailand was very eventful and fantastic. The tour guide deserves a great deal of respect for everything. The activities were as great as stated in the leaflet. Despite the overall trip, there could be a few improvements. Firstly transport was said to be mainly included, but this wasn't true and cost around £100-£150 in total. The ATM charges cost £5 per transaction, which was horrendous. Additionally there should be a average age range (ours was around 20-21 years old. It is important to note that a this company cannot control the types of people who book this trip. Unfortunately most of our group were cliquey, snakey, 2-faced, and gossipy; these qualities are very unattractive. Some of the group were really nice, but it is expected that you will be stuck with some untrustworthy people. The cliquey ones made nights out difficult as they excluded others, and then made a massive deal out of them leaving early. Apart from that, the trip was a good success!”

“I really enjoyed my Turtle Conservation trip in Costa Rica. We were caught in floods on the way home and the company Gap 360 put us in touch with was great at helping us get home - we were well looked after! I did love the turtle conservation project we chose in the end was not completely how it described to us - much more basic and we only ate rice and beans. I loved the experience but be prepared for a challenge!! Before I left Gap 360 had all the answers I needed to the questions that I had”

“The communication between the company and myself was very good. They would email regularly with updates on the trip and next step procedures. They would respond to questions promptly and were happy to be of assistance with any questions you may have. My travel to Thailand went smooth and I was greeted at the airport by a member of the team which made me feel very settled after a long trip.”

“Gap 360 created a great tour for me the Thai Adventure tour, Goong the tour guide was very friendly and knowledgable, and I made many great friend who I know have great memories of due to the adventures that gap 360 created such as snorkling and seeing turtles, seeing amazing temples etc.”

“Gap 360 was extremely informative about my trip, the help they gave me before my trip and made it exactly clear about the information i needed to know. However, my ultimate oz trip was quite opposite. I didn't see really what I was paying for and the tour guides weren't very passionate about their job. I would book with gap 360 again but not the australlia ultimate oz trip.”

“They helped us by giving us a package deal to do both vietnam and thailand with two different tours. We’ve done one which was great and about the do the sevond starting tomorrow. The only complaint i would have is the two flights they booked us from manila to hanoi (connecting in ho chi minh) were with different airlines so we had to check our bags in twice which was stressful and we were short for time on our connection flight. Other than that they’ve been very helpful and given us lots of adive before we left for our trips”
