“Gap360 have been amazing in terms of the help/support they gave me and the trip itself was incredible. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was because I booked Cambodia on a Shoestring for 10 days and no one made me aware that I would be among a group of people who would be staying on the trip to go further for 21 days or 30 days in total. Leaving my group knowing they were all going on to do more was heartbreaking and something I wasn’t prepared for.”

“I had a blast on my trip. Everything they had planned turned out to be a great time. My one complaint would be that had I booked everything myself (hostile, tours, etc), I probably could have saved half the cost. However I would never have known of any of those things without Gap 360. So for that, I’m very glad I chose them.”

“I've been away with Gap 360 twice now and I'd always return. I started off with a more of a 'party' holiday to Thailand for a month and my obsession began. Since then, I haven't been able to stop- being by my own with my friends or since I've done the Central American Journey too and it was a lot more cultured and interesting but they really do offer a bit of everything or something for everyone. Thanks Gap 360!”
“Overall the trip to Thailand was very eventful and fantastic. The tour guide deserves a great deal of respect for everything. The activities were as great as stated in the leaflet. Despite the overall trip, there could be a few improvements. Firstly transport was said to be mainly included, but this wasn't true and cost around £100-£150 in total. The ATM charges cost £5 per transaction, which was horrendous. Additionally there should be a average age range (ours was around 20-21 years old.
It is important to note that a this company cannot control the types of people who book this trip. Unfortunately most of our group were cliquey, snakey, 2-faced, and gossipy; these qualities are very unattractive. Some of the group were really nice, but it is expected that you will be stuck with some untrustworthy people. The cliquey ones made nights out difficult as they excluded others, and then made a massive deal out of them leaving early. Apart from that, the trip was a good success!”
“I really enjoyed my Turtle Conservation trip in Costa Rica. We were caught in floods on the way home and the company Gap 360 put us in touch with was great at helping us get home - we were well looked after! I did love the turtle conservation project we chose in the end was not completely how it described to us - much more basic and we only ate rice and beans. I loved the experience but be prepared for a challenge!!

“The communication between the company and myself was very good. They would email regularly with updates on the trip and next step procedures. They would respond to questions promptly and were happy to be of assistance with any questions you may have.
