I travelled to New Zealand on the Kiwi Discovery Pass. Helpful advisors, and a good company for a first time solo traveller. They are often acting on behalf of other companies which actually run the programme in the country you're travelling to, but they have all the information you need. Luckily I didn't need any overseas support once I was there so can't comment on that. Could have had better communication from flights department following booking regarding whether my flights were insured, but they did sort out an issue I had with the airline rearranging my flights (my connection was suddenly sue to take off four hours before I even got there!) really efficiently. Good price on flights! Overall, I was very happy and would recommend to first time travellers.
