“Had the most amazing time on Thailand 25 day tour, our tour guide Max was brilliant and made the experience so special. Went to some amazing places, however some of the places we stayed were on the outskirts and with little to do around them. All the activities included were really enjoyable, especially the elephants, trekking, cooking class and boat trips. I really recommend this tour!”

“I didn’t talk to any travel agent but I did request a catalogue of the travels so that was nice I got it straight away! I like that because it explain many things like payment plans, different travel locations and it was just convenient to have it all together. The website was easy to navigate and so far I haven’t had any bad experiences with Gap 360”

“I’ve never traveled so stress free before. Gap360 allows you to get maximum enjoyment from traveling by taking care of the details, allowing you to solely appreciate the country you’re exploring and making friends with the fellow people on the trip. My tour guid Nyla couldn’t have been better!! She was fun, safe and made the whole trip complete! Wouldn’t have been the same without her. My only criticism of the trip is having too many rest days and not enough booked activities, especially near the end of the trip.”

“This tour was a great experience to visit the best parts of Thailand, all of the activities that were included were fantastic, I cannot fault the whole Chiang Mai experience with the Elephants and the guys who were in charge of the elephant sanctuary, that was truly a remarkable experience! In terms of free time, I felt there was too much of it, there were points in the tour where free time would come and there wasn’t much to do in the local area. So perhaps free time should be adjusted to the places where there is plenty to do in the area we are staying, also it would have been good for more meals to be included in this tour. As a backpacker, it can be tight for money so taking away small pressures like this really do make a difference! In regards to the tour guide @ Namon, he was simply fantastic, he was super helpful and really kind/down to Earth, he would always go out of his way to help anyone and would never leave any questions unanswered.”

“Patrick was the best tour guide EVER! He was so lovely and helpful and on our free days always gave us many options and helped us organise extra activities! He also remained polite and respectful even when some of the group were slightly challenging. GAP360 were also very helpful and kind when booking the tour, the only thing was that the itinerary sometimes differed from what we did, but this is to be expected I guess :) would defo recommend!”

“Loved this tour! Our tour guide called Aek was amazing and made the trip such fun. Overall everything was great and traveling to each place was efficient. However, some of the accommodations in Koh Samui, Krabi and Koh Phangan were further away from the busier areas which made it more difficult to easily get to many restaurants and bars. Otherwise, had such a good time and met some amazing people!”
“Mr Patrick was such an amazing guide for our Thai Adventure trip! He was really fun to have a laugh with and always had a suggestion of where to go or what to do in our free time.
Gap360 seems like an organised company to go on a trip with and i would recommend, however there were some additional costs (entrance fees etc.) that i dont think were made clear.”

Good trainers with special regards to Joan and Alex who were very motivating and supportive throughout the sessions. “I am so thankful for the people and memories that have been made on the Thailand adventure trip. This trip has created lifelong memories and I would say that was down to Nylas care and passion. Nylah was always proactive, selfless and an overall amazing tour who GAP360 are lucky to have apart of her team. She was not just a tour guide but a friend.
The main highlights of the trips consist of visiting:
- chiang mai elephant sanctuary
- The home stay
- Pi Pi Islands
- Koh Sak
- Mac Bay resort for its stunning views.
But I also do think there are a changes that need to be made. A lot of our tour group have said similar issues such as the lack of knowledge of how much money you actually need. For example, the constant money being spent on taxis to get to places which we thought were included and the prices of these taxis consistently changed? and the location of the hostels did not help as we were so far out of the centre we could not explore without one.
If you go on this tour the budget is over £800 easily. I liked the experience of going to the floating bunglows which enticed me to do this trip and we did make the best of the situation. But the activities were basic and we ended up making our own fun with a floating log and the rooms very unhygienic and cockroaches were everywhere. I felt the safari that was sold on the gap360 website is very different to reality.
Overall it was a amazing experience and nylah thank you for everything!”
“Mr Patrick was amazing, he always got involved with us and was definitely more like a friend to us rather than just a tour guide. If there were any problems we always felt like we could approach him.
The only criticism of the tour would be that on Koh Samui and Koh Phangan, our hostels were very far from the town centres which meant we had to constantly pay for taxis back and forth and couldn’t just walk into town if we wanted to go out. Also the additional payments for Maya Bay and Khao Sok National Park could easy have been included considering they were part of the tour and not optional extras.
Apart from that though had a great time on the tour, would definitely recommend to anyone going solo. Definitely Mr Patrick was the best guide we could have asked for!”

“Our guide, Patrick, was absolutely brilliant. He was knowledgeable, supportive and always there to help us. He went the extra mile to help people constantly through our tour and there’s no doubt that he made it so good for all of us.
The tour itself was brilliant, although there are some hidden entrance/activity fees which you would expect to be included in the price you pay and the accommodation booked towards the end of the trip, where we were given free days, made it difficult to try and sort our own adventures for those days because of the isolated location.
This is no reflection on our guide, who was brilliant in trying to find options and helping us in to town to get things like balls for the beach and more. Patrick was always ready to try and help give advice and support and was enthusiastic throughout and very quickly it felt like he was our friend and one of the group as opposed to just our tour guide.

“My Thailand intro was great. I enjoy all of it. Best part was definitely getting to see the elephants and seeing parts of the Thai culture. Our tour guide Can was great, he knew excellent English and was able to describe and teach us so much. Can was also so helpful at telling us what we could do during free time, where to go what bars are the best what activities we could do. Only down side was location of some of the hostels are far away from main attractions so you had to pay for taxis a lot if you wanted to do something on your free time.”
