Every part of the itinerary was so well thought out, and even though we covered a huge amount in a relatively short time, it never felt rushed. We got to experience all of the major highlights while still having enough time to really enjoy each destination and take everything in.
Our tour leader, Mine, was honestly outstanding and made the entire experience even more special. He brought such great energy to the group every single day, made everything so fun, and always went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and included. He was incredibly accommodating to everyone’s needs, organised everything so smoothly, and his knowledge about each place we visited added so much to the trip. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him, and he genuinely cared about making sure we all had the best possible experience.
I would highly recommend Gap 360 to anyone thinking about travelling. From the moment I booked right through to the end of the trip, everything was handled so well and the whole experience felt stress-free and exciting. As my first time travelling , it honestly couldn’t have been better, and it’s definitely a trip I’ll remember for the rest of my life!”

“This was my first group trip and it will absolutely not be the last with Intro. The guides (Dani and Mikes) were SO welcoming, friendly, and it felt like we were friends from the start! I like solo time sometimes even when traveling with others and they always made sure to know I’m included and it’s up to me if I’d like to join or not. Dani even made me a lantern when I couldn’t make it to the class! I felt like they truly cared about us having fun and experiencing everything on our own pace. I would love to do my next trip with Intro. I even asked Dani what she will be guiding next because I would love to join her as the group leader next time. “Just finished amazing trip in Vietnam with Ryan and Logan , and honestly it was such a special trip for me because it was also my first time travelling with a group. I didn’t know what to expect at first, but it ended up being so much fun meeting new people and sharing all the experiences together. My favourite part was definitely the bike ride in Ninh Binh , riding through the rice fields and small villages with the mountains around us felt so peaceful and unreal. “I had an amazing time, with a fantastic group of new friends. Seen some incredible places and very happy with most of my experience.
Most of the tour was well organised, but there was often a lack of communication surrounding the itinerary that I did struggle with. It would have been helpful to have more information about the day aheads plans, and I often felt I was asking about this and not getting a clear answer. There was also a lack of recommendations when asking for advice about an area, especially when in Vietnam, I felt the local tour guides didn’t provide much information about their areas, other than Alan in Ho chi who was amazing.
Special thanks to Sophan in Cambodia who was our guide, he was amazing, passionate and took me on a solo tour in Siem reap when I missed it due to food poisoning.
The itinerary in Vietnam and Cambodia had everything I wanted to do, and the pace of it was fast but great. In Thailand a lot of activities were not included and there was a lot more free time. The snorkel trip we had to pay for in Koh Tao, which I think should be included. The tour in South Thailand was also too fast and would have benefited from going to less islands but spending more time in these. We arrived in Ko Tao after an overnight bus, then left the next morning which was pretty crazy.
Patrick, our tour guide was lovely but at times came across as being slightly rude when people asked questions and he seemed as if he didn’t have much interest in being there. When an incident also occurred that affected the health and safety of a member of the group he was very poor at managing this and acted with little empathy. I appreciate it was a very difficult situation, but if this was not handled by myself and another member of the group I am unsure of what would have happened.
Overall, I had an amazing time due to spectacular beauty of south east Asia and would love to return, but I wouldn’t recommend this company.”

“Had a brilliant time on the 40 days SEA Journey. although some places were missed out that I would’ve liked to visit, a lot was covered in the time frame and a good amount of time was spent in each. All tour guides were very helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Bao in Vietnam and Lao in Laos - both were extremely knowledgeable, knowing lots about their country and always willing to answer any questions, and put in lots of effort to see us during the day/at night with our own plans. This really made our experience! Pear and Tiger were great too, very helpful. Hostels chosen were great, however the Mad Monkey in Phuket was extremely loud in all rooms and rather unclean, i left on the last night to stay somewhere else.
Would recommend this specific tour to any one wanting to group travel SEA.”

“Had such a great time on my Southeast Asia journey tour! Tiger was really great and greeted us with a warm welcome in Bangkok. Lee in Cambodia was good at making sure everyone was having a good time. Bao was so friendly and fun and went out of his way to make sure we were okay, as we moved around a lot in Vietnam. Lao Thao in Laos was so knowledgeable and gave us some great information. Finally in Thailand, Pear was so much fun and we all got on really well with her. I would say not to book the mad monkey hostel again in Phuket. The bedding was damp and a bit mouldy and me and another girl were in a room with all guys and they were loud and it smelt. We checked into a hotel for a night because of this. Also half of our group couldn’t do the pub crawl the hostel offered because they were not 20, so would’ve been better to book a non party hostel so who ever didn’t go out wasn’t bothered by the loud music.”

“I wasn’t sure what to expect traveling organised with a group, as I have never done it before. It had been an amazing experience, and something I truly will remember forever. Not only how chill it is to not have to worry about accommodations, travel, etc.. but also the culture exchange, the crazy and fun experiences, and definitely the people you meet and do it with.
