We were incredibly lucky to have Povan as our tour guide while travelling around Malaysia. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make our experience truly special, and it’s impossible to imagine the trip without him.
His knowledge of Malaysia its history, culture, food, and hidden gems was outstanding. Every place we visited came to life through his stories and insights, and he always took the time to answer questions with genuine enthusiasm and care. Nothing ever felt rushed, and he made sure everyone felt included, comfortable, and well looked after at all times.
What really set him apart, though, was his warmth and kindness. He has a natural way of making people feel welcome, safe, and excited to explore. “SEA in 47 days was amazing. The trip was fast and there is a lot to do but enough time to rest inbetween the busy spells. The tour guides made it really memorable. I loved every second of meeting new people and making new friends, learning about the different culture from blessings and temples to learning how to basket weave and about farming in Bali. As well as seeing animals I’ve only ever dreamed of seeing such as sharks, turtles and dolphins and not only that but going out enjoying local food and local night life. “Thankyou to Gap360 for putting the tour together and thankyou to all the incredible and knowledgeable tour guides on this trip. Asking questions hasn't been a problem and nice how quickly they have learnt our names and got to know us. A credit to the company. Mai Viet May Povan and Wadi who we only had for a few hours. Those guys in particular were the stand outs for me. They were easy to ask for recommendations and tips. I will say though as a group for the 47 day people on the tour would have been nice to have longer in Singapore as it felt like a rush and alot of people didnt get to enjoy what a great country it is as we arrived from Malaysia tired and then some had early flights on the 18th of December. Possibly reduce Cameron Highlands to a night so that you get the extra day in Singapore. Just a suggestion.”
