Gap 360 were so amazing from the get go!! Before I left they always assured me or answered any questions I had. Unfortunatly 2 days before I was meant to fly out, the Bangkok bombings took place but they still insured that I would be safe and it wasn't near I was staying. Once I got to Bangkok the greeting i received was overwhelming !! It was amazing. Throughout my teaching project I became great friends with my coordinators, they were simply the best! They made me feel so safe in Thailand. They not only continuously took me out but introduced me to their friends. The whole experience was beyond amazing. I feel like it was worth every penny, and id pay more for the experience again !!!

I had a great time on the wild adventure however would recommend that additional days in Kruger should be included. I would also recommend some of the additional activities such as the panarama tour. wgule staying at bush however we were at time made to feel very uncomfortable and a nauses to the management. The management and bush house team we also heard often discussing members of the group and also moaning about members of the group to other group members, which I consider very unprofessional. On one occasion we were told that we did not deserve to eat! We were also referred too as children which as an adult is incredibly insaulting. We also received no bush safety talks and we did not get to choose activities in hazy view. Food was also not included at hazy view and we therefore had to purchase our own food. When I booked the trip your website said food was included everywhere except Mozambique. We also ended up paying a lot of money for food in Kruger as the food money allowance did not stretch very far. I would recommend that this is mentioned when discussing budgets with future customers as it was an additional cost. Mozambique was fantastic and the locations is amazing however I would suggest the time there should be extended as it is a very long journey. We were also told that we could exchange money before leaving SA and were taken to a car to swap money with a women. When arriving back from Mozambique there was a sign to say that this was illegal. However staff had recommended this and also not made us aware. The microlight was also incredibly disorganised with us completing the mirco light on the last two days. Some people including myself completed it just before leaving for the airport. I believe this was drive by the fact that there was not a pilot and guests in the main lodges were always prioritised. Overall the activities were great however the management were often unprofessional and therefore created negativity on the trip. Communication between bush house staff and guests was also awful with us spending a lot of time not knowing what was happening. I would consider doing this trip again however not on the same reserve.

The Bali experience was brilliant! I met some excellent people and learnt a lot about the Balinese culture. The locals were really friendly and helpful and the 'green lion' made the trip stess free as they were happy to help with transport and extra trips which we booked whilst away! I really recommend using gap360 and won't hesitate to use them again myself :)

I had an amazing 3 weeks in Thailand with Gap360. I tried so hard to extend to 4 weeks but it didn't work out unfortunately! My group was incredible and I have made friends for life. Our guide JJ became family straight away and is the best guide I've ever had. JJ was so helpful and helped us out with everything we needed. He was so patient with us and really made us feel safe and comfortable. We were very lucky to have him! It was so much fun and I miss it so much!

I did the three week Thai adventure and had an amazing time. The trip was more than I ever expected it to be and our guide JJ was the absolute best. JJ went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was having a good time and he took great care of us. He also knew all of the best places to go, so we were sure to have a blast on every night out. I am so glad that I traveled with Gap 360 because I always felt safe and I did so many incredible things in three weeks that I never would have been able to do or even know about if I had gone on my own.

Had a great time in Thailand with GAP 360. I did the 4-week Thai adventure and our tour guide was JJ. JJ was great he taught us a lot about Thai culture and showed us the best places to go out at night. He was a great person to get to know and a wonderful guide !! The overall experience was amazing I met so many great people and I would 100% go back again ! One thing I would say is to not take up the learn to dive option that gap360 offer as they charge you nearly double what you can get it for out there on the island by yourself - defos advise doing a diving course though it was an amazing experience.

Great tour that managed to find the right balance between seeing the whole of Thailand yet still having a holiday. The tour guide we had mad the holiday unforgettable. JJ went above and beyond each day making sure we were all safe and enjoying ourselves. JJ being Thai made me feel like I learned about the culture and visited places travellers could only dream of. Would 100% recommend the trip to first time and seasoned travellers a like. Ross Sloan - Thai Adventure starting 9th July 2015

My experience on the Thai Adventure was incredible. My group were welcoming so we all settled in well, we were all keen travellers and always excited for the next small adventure or activity. Our tour guide Fanta was very knowledgeable and knew everything about Thailand, he took us to the best restaurants and the best parties and he deterred us from the dodgy places. Fanta was very caring and helpful, he looked after us when we felt ill and he made sure we were safe in each party. I definitely felt in the right hands. The trip in general was very well organised and the activities included are great fun, the elephant training was the best two days of my life and something I will treasure for life, the hill trek was also the hardest thing I have done, it was mentally and physically challenging but very rewarding when finished. I was pleased with the amount of places I was able to visit in 28 days and the travelling between places was organised and relaxed. The food in Thailand was cheap and tasty, being a fussy eater and a vegetarian I worried about the range of food available but I there were plenty of western food and vegetarian options to choose from. I was fortunate that my trip coincided with the full moon party as it was the best night out of my life and the atmosphere was immense. I was thrilled I was able to attend one of the biggest parties in the world but there are plenty of opportunities to attend beach parties, waterfall parties and jungle parties etc. which are also extremely fun! The Thai Adventure was my first time travelling, being 18 years of age and only recently finishing school, so I would definitely recommend Gap360 for first time travellers, as personally I was unsure how to start my first adventure alone and with no assistance. I also plan to book further trips with Gap360, I think it is a well organised company, with incredible travelling itineraries.

A few problems getting to talk to the staff as I work the hours that Gap 360 is open, but they were willing to contact me outside of those hours, which left me confident about the trip. However, there were some problems with the 3rd parties used. Mostly on my arrival in Quito, as I was given a booklet of information but was not confirmed if my transfer would be arriving or where I would be met, in addition to having to wait 2 hours to been shown to my room and not offered for them to look after my luggage whilst I go into the city instead. I was not impressed by the service Ecole provided. Although once at the volunteering I was impressed by the experience provided by Yana Cocha. More than 4 days notice before departure of important information like bringing Wellington boots or only bringing currancy of low denomination would be appreciated. G advdntures who were used for the Inca trail were fantastic and provided an excellent service, I could not recommend them enough.

Absolutely amazing time had by my friend and I. Would definitely recommend going. We are both looking at going back once we've both saved up enough and including the Garden Route this time round to see Cape Town to Jeffery's Bay.

I personally think the trip was poor value for money. There was not much included in this and the optional activities really bumped the costs up. The guides however were really friendly and went out of their way to help us with any issues we had and ensure we had a good time
