“Honestly, the trip of a lifetime. The whole 40 days travelling around South East Asia were incredible and something I’ll never forget. Our tour guide Mine was amazing throughout — nothing was ever too much trouble, and you could tell how much effort went into making sure everything ran smoothly. The trip was planned and executed brilliantly from start to finish.
The only slight negative would be some of the travel days, as we probably lost 4–5 full days just getting between places. It would’ve been great if a few more of those journeys were overnight transfers instead. But honestly, that’s a very small criticism in what was otherwise an unforgettable experience. Couldn’t recommend it more”

“An amazing trip. Our CEO was amazing and our group was perfect which made the trip even better! Having everything organised for us (hostels, transport, day trips etc) made the whole trip stress free and allowed us to see so much more of Croatia than we would have otherwise. Every day was busy but in the best way and we were still given free time to explore more and bond with the group. I cant wait for my next trip with Gap360/G adventures.”

“I’ve just completed the 12 day Bali tour with Michelle as our leader and it was fantastic! She definitely became more of a friend than a tour guide and it was sad to part with her and the group! My favourite part was the home visit in Lovina and experiencing the basket weaving and most definitely the hike up mt Butur! Would 100% recommend!”

“Just finished the 9-day Bali Intro tour and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better way to end my 4 months of travelling. Everything about it was great—from the itinerary to the people, especially the leader Michelle. She created such a relaxed, fun atmosphere and made everyone feel comfortable, no matter their age. They were available 24/7 on live chat, very communicative on email when I had questions or needed updated quotes and very clear pre-travel before they handed off to INTRO Travel for my tour. The tour itself was a great experience. The guide and local guides were all very helpful. I felt safe throughout lot. “I really enjoyed the intro travels part of our tour. Our tour guide Rio was really amazing, kind and accommodating. The gap360 tour was an amazing experience, however we had some issues with bad accommodations, feeling like we were travelling on budget even it was a very expensive tour. We felt uncomfortable after Malaysia with Povan who made multiple comments towards wanting to date my friend and intending to “follow” us to our next destination. He also made a joke implying that we should go live with him in his flat. He also took picture of us off-guard which made us feel uncomfortable at times. He was funny at times, however it got a bit too much. I also blocked him after the tour due to him messaging me “miss you already”. I also felt that most of the tour the activities we had to pay for, especially at the beginning. It was very challenging at times to relax.”

“I really enjoyed the intro travel bali intro with Rio! all of the accommodation was perfect and Rio kept us all safe, informed and entertained throughout.
Gap360 was a good experience, however, we had some issues with poor accommodation and some guides slightly crossed the boundaries of being inappropriate - i mainly had an issue with Povan in Malaysia when he would make multiple inappropriate comments towards me specifically regarding wanting to date me whilst thinking i was 18 years old. i found this funny at first but throughout the days, this made me uncomfortable. he also took some photos of the girls on the group that i think was not necessary or appropriate. he then followed up by messaging us afterwards.
I would like to mention that we had a great time with mai in bangkok, may in south thailand & bao in vietnam.
We noticed a lot of activities were additional costs and at times i wandered what i’d paid for and how that cost added up.”

Really made our experience so fantastic. The tour itself was out of this world. Had the best activities, seen the clearest waters, saw turtles and so many fish in the coral reefs.
