Just got back from the best getaway I've ever had and met an amazing group of people.. Massive thank you to our tour guide JJ in Thailand he took care of all 20 of us and ensured we were all safe and arranged every part of our trip perfectly. Highly recommend Thailand and Gap360 and will be booking with you again soon.

I had the most incredible experience in my four weeks in Thailand, I would go as far to say it is the best trip I have ever done. I made some amazing friends for life, including our amazing tour guide Jj who made the whole adventure unforgettable and ensured we were always safe and enjoying ourselves - I can't imagine the trip with a different tour guide, literally the funniest man I've met! My faviroute memory would have to be our group watching the sun rise together, we became a real family and I miss every single one of them. I would book this trip again in a heart beat and wouldn't change a single thing about my time there.

I had an absolute blast when I did the 4 week Thailand adventure. It was my first ever time abroad on my own and it was so amazing!! My tour guides were so nice and helpful and my little group became my family. Every day we had so much to do and we saw absolutely everything. Elephant trekking in Chiang Mai was deffinatly the highlight for me, the scenery was spectacular and everything was so well organised. I've just got back now and I'm looking at booking another 3 tours with Gap360 already!! The staff are also so so helpful here and are always up for answering my questions and giving me as much information as possible. Am looking at doing 'Uncover India - Delhi to Goa' , 'Everest Base Camp Adventure Nepal' and then the 'Indonesia Bali Experience' and I'm sure they'll be just as amazing as the Thai adventure. THANK YOU!!!!

Had amazing time out there, well worth it. I just found the planning rubbish. The last week on koh phangan was terrible. The hotel was in the middle of no where and for a "party" island, there wasn't much partying.

We are pleased to hear that on-the-whole you had an amazing time on the Thai Adventure programme. Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time on Koh Phangan in week four. We always coincide our Thai Adventure start dates with either a Full Moon or a Black Moon party with the latter being a little less rawkus for those that wish to enjoy the other activities the island has to offer not only the party life. Although you chose to not go when one of the legendary monthly parties was on there's so many other cool activities you can do like sea kayaking, Thai cooking lessons, kite boarding, zip lining, Thai boxing, trekking, exploring waterfalls, snorkelling and boat trips out to the stunning national parks with its azure water and amazing islands. Our popular accommodation is not in the heart of the party district but we did indeed choose this due to its relaxing location with infinity pools etc so you can recoup after the hectic parties if that is what you decided to do on Koh Phangan. For the other activities it's great due to it's accessible central position on the island. Sorry if this highly rated and positively reviewed trip didn't tick all the boxes for you...

Quick review. Moving to another country on the other side of the world by yourself, where you don't know anyone, on a Holiday working visa is a big leap and can be absolutely terrifying for some. I had unbelievably cold feet the week before I left for the Ultimate Oz trip with gap 360. There was some controversy doing a working visa with travel companies as reading traveling forums explain you don't really need them. Regardless I wouldn't turn down going with gap 360 as they allowed me to take the leap and I know I wouldn't of made the leap without them. The ultimate oz first week tour was fantastic, the tour was great, lots of parties and drinks, and I made some really good friends. What I would suggest is to have a plan and strategy going however be flexible and allow your plans to change. There were other travelers who went with the flow, worked on a farm and got fantastic jobs. However there where other travelers who had spent all of their money and who had a 9 to 5 job and where just surviving in Sydney. If it's your first time traveling I would highly recommend volunteering abroad with an organisation. As volunteer organisations pay for your food and accommodation for your help. When you are on a working holiday visa you are just essentially working to pay for your food and accommodation, even though gap360 can help you partially you are on your own to find work. However that's the point, it gives you flexibility and you have to push yourself to make things work, you are independent. Overall Gap360 create a great tour, make new friends, great parties. However I would of loved an honest explanation how expensive this trip would be.

The Thai Adventure with Gap 360 is an amazing introduction to Asian culture and a fantastic experience. From riding elephants to learning to scuba dive this trip is so full of fun activities and great cultural trips that you will never be board. Thailand is beautiful and to have such knowledgeable guides who really go all out to make sure that you are safe and having a good time is really reassuring and adds greatly to your experience. If you're looking for a well structured and varied trip that will show you a huge variety of Thai culture and experiences then this is the trip for you, being my first time out of Europe I was nervous about what to expect but I could not have chosen a better service or trip o book on with. If you're even considering it, book it, you will not regret it I promise.

All the staff at Gap 360 have been amazing during the process of booking my trip to New Zealand, I couldn't ask for better service! They are always available to speak to over the phone or by email and really make the process of planning a big trip seem easy! They have given me great advice and gone the extra mile to make sure my trip is perfect. They are very approachable and awesome people to speak to as well! I highly recommend them! Thanks Gap 360!

An incredible experience!! Before booking, I knew the places I wanted to visit and for how long I wanted to visit for, but was completely clueless on how to do it. I went to Gap 360 where Chris managed to find me exactly what I wanted for a great price. The holiday itself was amazing. Although you only spend a few days in each city; Berlin, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo, you still fit tons in. The coach was really comfortable (bearing in mind I can get quite car sick!) and the accommodation was one of the highlights - the cabins are simple but in incredible settings. There was loads of options of things to do which were extras. None were too pricey but many worth doing. The coach tour of each city when we arrived was really helpful for getting a general feel for the place. Do be aware that Scandinavia really is pricey, so I was thankful to have some breakfast/lunch and dinners included in the price. All of great quality & very healthy for 'camping food' - you would never guess it was. It's a very safe way of travelling alone, but not completely alone - most on the coach were in the same position and all wanted to make friends and have a great time together. I didn't need to use the emergency Gap360 number! Overall, it was the perfect snapshot of travelling around that area, and I would recommend the experience to anyone.

I'm NOT a happy costumer, the information I got about the program was not good. They told me that there was a 'holiday program', but there would be still work. When I arrived in Cape Town, the organisation told me that there was a holiday in the holiday program, so there was no work at all. I was only there for 19 days and there was a two week holiday. I paid a lot of money for nothing and I only got a very little amount back, compare to what I paid Gap360, while it's their fault and not mine, they didn't tell me that I would be in a holiday with no work. I feel pickpocket!

We are sorry to read that you feel that way Jalisa. As you know, we do state – both on our website and in your detailed trip information - that during holiday periods there will be an alternative programme in place, and volunteers will be doing different activities. This was true of your time in Cape Town, over Christmas. Although there was no activities scheduled for public holidays (Christmas and New Years days) we do feel that a fantastic alternative schedule was in place, and that this was communicated to you – both prior to your departure, and whilst in South Africa, when you raised concerns. Your programme, which included helping to renovate the community centres and handing out Christmas presents to local disadvantaged children, is a very worthwhile project, and something that is very much appreciated by the families who benefit. It’s a shame that you didn’t enjoy this and made the decision to leave early. Since your early departure, a refund of 35% of your programme fee has already been refunded to you, as a gesture of goodwill for the unused portion of your trip, and your co-ordinator from Gap 360 is still communicating with you on this matter.

Gap 360 as a company were extremely helpful and friendly. They answered all questions quickly and efficiently, explaining in detail about your trip. They supported in booking flights and kept in contact prior to the trip as well as on the trip. I went on the South African WIld Adventure- a truly incredible trip. All the staff were brilliant and incredibly friendly. They included everyone on the trip and made you feel like you were part of their family. If there were any problems the leaders, guides and even manager were easy to get a hold of and would help you sort things straight away. The accommodation exceeded expectations and was in a beautiful setting. The communal areas were cleaned every day and we ate delicious food cooked for us by one of the staff. The experiences we had amazing and had variety and interest, from game drives to visiting the local children's centre to abseiling down a waterfall. This trip was fantastic value for money, an absolute bargain in my opinion for all the activities that were included.

I booked a trip way in advance of the trip date because I was advised that I would save lots of money with the early bird discount. However, it turns out I only saved £20 when this years prices came out which is not a saving at all when I'm paying nearly £3000 (European pioneer) for a trip. Now the trip is on sale which saves over £100. Don't be persuaded by the early bird price, it's not worth it!

Absolutely amazing experience - first time travelling alone, so was very nervous! But they kept me very well informed in the weeks leading up to my trip and there was always somebody there to answer any questions I had - no matter how silly I thought they were! Very good value for money, would recommend the Thai Intro tour to anybody and will definitely be using the Gap360 company again! Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

Booked 3 trips through Gap 360 in South Africa. 2 weeks Volunteer and safari, 2 weeks monkey sanctuary, and the 10 day Capetown/garden route. Overall an absolutely incredible experience on all the trips i done, and was a great way to experience different sides to South Africa. Rachel as the Gap360 adviser for South Africa trips was always helpful with any queries i had, and answer any questions once i had booked the trips. Also helped book a few extra nights at a hostel for me, and once out in South Africa i noticed an issue with my return flights. Having booked through Gap360's partner flight company, i rang them when out in SA and they managed to sort my change of flights with the flight company for me, without me having to ring around and chase it up. Brilliant help, allowing me just to enjoy the trip. Over all, from booking the trip to the end of the trip, everything went smoothly, all was as advertised on the website and i had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend and used Gap360 again!

I booked two trips with Gap360.. one on a wildlife reserve in South Africa and the other for working abroad in Australia. I just got back from South Africa and had the most incredible time, Gap were supportive from the start helping me to pick my projects and helping my prepare before I departed and also while I was in South Africa. The price was the cheapest I found out of everywhere I looked and I had an unforgettable 2 weeks in South Africa.

A great starter trip for novice travelers, with a balance of volunteer work, fun activities and down time. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. However I feel the itinerary was a little vague as the volunteering activities were not what I expected.
