I ordered the bronze boots size 7, I have boots and shoes in that size from Gabor. These were too small I could only just get them zipped up ! Very disappointed as I then had to pay to return them .

Thank you for your review and for sharing your findings with regard to the fitting of these wide fitting boots. You may find that a half size larger gives you the extra area that you need. The extra length is minimal but the area increases so gives extra room. And a bonus is that the bronze are reduced in price at the present time. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

The insoles are not spongy enough. Boots look nice but no good as there isn't enough padding in the soles so returned.

I am really disappointed with the shoes that I have received. On the webpage they looked like the previous pair I had purchased, however these are much narrower. They hurt my feet when I wear them and have left the backs of my feet with blisters. I don't feel like I can wear them again.

Unfortunately once shoes have been worn, we are unable to accept them back. Once your feet have healed, if you wear them around the home, you should find that the leather will warm and stretch a little and also your feel will get used to them. The boots I ordered arrived in a damaged old box, the packaging was was worn, torn and there was no shoe stuffing etc., these boot had clearly been worn and returned. I contacted customer services and was able to return these free of charge and I received a full refund.

If a customer orders 2 pair for size and returns one, they do go back into sale, but should be checked upon their return that they are perfect and also re packaged if required. The delivery was quick. Sadly the quality of the shoe was terrible. Fit was fine so I decided to go for a walk. I had peeled skin after just 30 minutes of walk. The shoes left black colour marks on my knee highs which was very annoying. The customer service was very quick to respond and they sent me a prepaid return label. I have sent the shoes back and am waiting for their reply. It's sad because I really liked the shoe. I have been wearing Gabor shoes for many years but it was very disappointing this time.

Have only worn these shoes a couple of times and they mark so easily. The brushes they recommend don’t help either. Only suitable for wearing indoors I would say.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. With nubuck, it is recommended to dry clean with a brush or suede/nubuck cleaner. Protective and reviving sprays are also a good tool to use as this can minimise stains and make them easier to buff out. These can be found in most footwear retailers. Unfortunately nubuck can pick up dirt easily, so does need to be cleaned often. But the right care can prolong the life of the shoes. The shoes were lovely ... But returned because they were too tight which surprised me as they were my usual Gabor size. Also the box they came in was tatty and had obviously been used before. Cus. Services said the box was only there to protect the shoes which came as another surprise as they were an expensive pair of shoes.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that this lovely boot was too narrow for you. I find that if a boot is slightly narrow, I get a half size larger as the extra length is minimal but the extra area within the shoe means a much more comfortable fitting. Many of our customers also use this method and although it doesnt work for everyone, it does for many. With regard to the box, we do re-box into a plain box if the box becomes soft or ripped, but if it is damaged in transit, then unfortunately the box has done its job and protected the shoes within. It does sound that on this occasion, it was torn and should have been re-boxed and I am sorry that it was not. We do hope that you find a boot that is a better fitting for you. One of the shoes had been on display and tried On. Had Gabor shoes in the past but feel the Quality has now deteriorated, certainty will not be purchasing Gabor shoes in the future!!

The extra length is minimal but the area in the front of the shoe makes a huge difference and creates a better fitting. It doesnt work for everyone, but may be worth a try to see if it helps you. Your shoes not wide enough, they are hurting me after one use.Not worth the money you charge. £95 for a pair is outrageous. Can you not make wide shoes size 6 wedged black shoes with 3 cm heel and comfort inside the shoes? I am put off by internet buying. I prefer to try in a shop next time before I buy I feel betrayed.

Thank you for your review. The shoe that you ordered are just a standard fitting and not a wide fit. You do have up to a year to return them to us unworn if you are not happy with the fitting. Wearing around the home until the leather softens may also help. Many customers will get a half size bigger if they need extra room in the standard fitting, as the extra length is minimal but the extra area within the shoe helps to create a more comfortable fit. It doesnt work for everyone, but may be worth a try for you. Just received the Gabor RICH sandal inn shade Muschele from a supplier . What comfort! However, the strap to buckle (even with slight elasticity)! will not stretch around my ankles (which are not swollen). Have the manufacturers considered an entire elasticated strap to offer good stretch (then no need for a buckle) . So disappointed to have to return as I thought I’d found my sandal “heaven”

The shoes were delivered in a timely fashion however they are faulty so I’m having to return them to be examined. I’m hoping to receive either a different pair of the same or a full refund

I like Gabor shoes but these didn’t fit even though that was my size. I won’t be ordering again because they are so expensive to return £10. This is the second time that’s happened

When I opened the plastic delivery bag, I found the box was completely crushed and badly torn on one end. The right hand boot is badly creased, not sure if this is a manufacturing fault or because of the bad packaging.

Thank you for your review. On our free standard service, we do let customers know that it can take 2 to 5 workign days to dispatch. If the shoes are no longer available in our warehouse, this allows us time to get more in to fulfil the order. We also have paid services, such as express delivery for £3.99 and next day for £5.99. With regard to returns, we do deliver free of charge and on our website, we have a link where for the lower cost of £3.20 you can produce a tracked label or QR code for Royal Mail, or you may choose any other delivery service that you wish.
