“Boots that I ordered were unprofessionally packed with no care and attention. The boots had obviously been worn a lot and then returned and I then received them, obviously did not pass through quality control of any kind. I had to waste more time sending them back. I did however receive a free postage label in the post.”

“All Gabor boots and shoes I have purchased over the years have been first class, so good in fact that I am still wearing them after many years. My latest experience of buying Gabor shoes at Charles Clinkard in Milton Keynes reminded me of buying shoes 'back in the day' When sales assistants were genuinely helpful and friendly. Carolyn was this person in every respect. I'll be back for more in the future!”

“I was so sorry but I had to return them Have worn 4.5 G fitting Gabor shoes for at least 25 years. The shoes were not a comfortable fit. Either the Gabor last has changed or my feet. Now I have to find out.”

“Very quick delivery time and was updated on its progress regularly. Lovely shoes and fit really well. I was very pleased to be able to buy my shoes in size 2.5. A lot of size 3 shoes are too big for my feet. Thank you Gabor.”

“Very disappointing- shoes looked as though they were slight seconds. The packaging and box were damaged and looked like they were thrown in the box with the stuffing at the side not in the shoe to keep it's shape”

Thank you for your review. We do deliver free of charge, we pay a courier to deliver to customers, but we do ask customers to cover the return postage. There is a link on our website where for £4.49 you can buy a label and it covers up to 10 kilo allowing you to return several items at this one low cost. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

“I love these shoes, lovely material and colour which goes well with the dress I made. I would give 5 stars but they are on the large side. I am a 6/6.5 size but size 6 is roomy in length. I may change them for a 5.5”

“Couldn’t believe how perfectly the XL width boots fitted. What was striking was how soft the leather was and how cushioned my feet felt. So pleased I took the risk of ordering these online.”

Having said that, I can understand that having to return your purchase and pay postage is disappointing.
