“Your shoes not wide enough, they are hurting me after one use.Not worth the money you charge. £95 for a pair is outrageous. Can you not make wide shoes size 6 wedged black shoes with 3 cm heel and comfort inside the shoes? I am put off by internet buying. I prefer to try in a shop next time before I buy I feel betrayed.”

Thank you for your review. The shoe that you ordered are just a standard fitting and not a wide fit. You do have up to a year to return them to us unworn if you are not happy with the fitting. Wearing around the home until the leather softens may also help. Many customers will get a half size bigger if they need extra room in the standard fitting, as the extra length is minimal but the extra area within the shoe helps to create a more comfortable fit. It doesnt work for everyone, but may be worth a try for you. “The leather is so soft ,the boots are very comfy. I love the fact these are wide fitting which helps when I suffer from a swollen left foot. I love Gabor shoes and boots they last for years”

“Having wide feet I have always found it difficult to get comfortable shoes which don't cut in and cause discomfort. I have to say Gabor shoes not only have the width I need, but also the quality.”

There are some shoes that are available in a larger size, we have to order direct from Gabor in Germany, so if you have a style that you would like us to check for you, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can let you know if we can get hold of them for you. You can contact us on 0330 005 0230 (calls charged at local rate). We would find out what style it is you would like to check and call you back. If the shoe is available and you would like to go ahead, we would take a payment and order from Germany, once it arrives, we would forward the shoes to you. This process usually takes around 2 weeks.
