“The shoes were described as blue, though there was nothing blue in them, very decidedly black. Had to return. The company does not pay the return fee, had to pay.”

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I am sorry for any confusion regarding the colour. The boot you ordered is listed as navy, so is a dark shade of blue, close to black. Having said that, I can understand that having to return your purchase and pay postage is disappointing. “Shoes were worn before I received them, probably tried a few times, box was damaged and return not free. Unfortunately not a good experience. I would not order from website anymore.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the shoes appeared worn, this should have been picked up before sending them out to you. We do get returns back where someone may have ordered 2 for size to choose the best fit for example, and these go back into stock. However these should be checked upon return and again before dispatch. “Incredible comfty shoes fit so nice I’ve got wide feet so struggle with shoes but these come in small or a medium fit so those with bigger calves can get alway with them too and perfect for wearing every day with them being plain black smart aswel or just to dress yourself up that little bit I love mine”

“Initially I thought these boots weren’t going to fit ( too narrow ) parcelled them up to return then saw that they had removable insoles tried them again and they fit really comfortable perfect for walking around town”

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you feel that way. Size 5 is one of the most common sizes we purchase, so I'm surprised you're unable to find something suitable. There may be other factors as to why we don't have stock available, but I'd need a little more information to investigate - such as the style number & colour. “I love my new Gabor boots. It’s my 5th pair of Gabor shoes after discovering them two years ago. They are always comfortable, right from the start, and very elegant and classy. I’d love for you to bring out some more navy with different size heel (boots and shoes). Thank you!”

“I tried the shoes in the shop before ordering online. The shoes are incredibly comfortable, and absolutely stunning in pink fuschia. However, the pair I received had slight damaged to one shoe, like these very tried on too many times and the box was badly damaged too. I like the shoes very much, but I am disappointed with this.”
