“Boots were not originally in stock, but was sent an email when they were, so I ordered them straight away. Delivered within a couple of days. Lovely, comfortable boots.”

“I have bought many pairs of Gabor shoes over the decades, but shockingly one pair that cost about £90 totally fell apart while I was wearing it at work. As I put it on the heels literally disintegrated within minutes (something that only happens to extremely poor quality/fake shoes). I was shocked, embarrassed and upset and wrote to Gabor customer services, but they were utterly unhelpful and did not even offer to look at them let alone give me my money back. I will not buy another pair of Gabor shoes again.”

“Never seem to have size 3 or 2.5 in stock. I checked often for a size 3 but it took over a year until there was a pair in stock.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are having trouble finding the size you need in your desired style. Unfortunately I am unable to see the style name of the item you are looking for. However, if you would like to enquire further about stock availability then you are welcome to contact our Customer Service team who would be happy to advise on whether a restock is expected. Kind Regards, Sophie - Customer Services

“Ordered shoes which came relatively quickly. Sent back because of wrong size and got replacement almost by return. Amazing service.”

“It was the easiest, most efficient purchase I think I've done on-line. Everything worked beautifully. The shoes were exactly what I was looking for - but were too narrow so I had to return them. The return process was perfect too, efficient and trustworthy. I would certainly buy from them again, and recommend.”

“Comfy sandals, I am more a 2 than 2.5 but as these sandals are Velcro fastened they are so adjustable I can wear them comfortably.”
