I ordered 4 pairs of boots as I find I need to try different styles for fit and looks. I returned 3.
The suede pair I kept are ideal, as described on the website, comfortable and a perfect fit.
What I hadn’t realised (probably should have read the terms and conditions) is that the customer pays postage to return items. This cost me £12.
