Thank you for your review. Your boots were dispatched from here on the 5th November and returned to us on 14th November. If this was not your intention then we do apologise aswhen we received the return, a refund has been made. We do hope that you will place a new order for the boots if you would still like them. “Order sent promptly. Need exchange unfortunately but followed instructions to send back, advised 72 hours to process. Currently been over 5 days with no acknowledgement of return as yet.”

“I always buy these shoes for my mother who lives in the UK I live in America, as I can trust that the size is always correct and they fit beautifully. She loves Gabor and is always very happy to receive a new pair!!! Only issue I had was somebody had to sign for the shoes when delivered which I felt was totally unnecessary and that delayed the shoes arriving as my mother did not get to the door in time (she is 96!) and they left without delivering:(”

“I was easily able to find the boots I wanted, order them and receive delivery, without any trouble at all. Thank you.I had tried on a shoe version of the boot so was confident of my choice and as my local shoe shop did not carry the style I was glad to find it online. I am a returning customer and have not had any problems.”

Thank you for your review. We do deliver free of charge, but ask the customer to cover the cost of returns. There is a link on our websie for collect + where for £4.49 you can create a tracked return label that will cover up to 10 kilo. This means that you can return multiple items at one time. Alternatively you can take back to any Charles Clinkard store for refund. You can also opt for second class Royal Mail, with tracking, which although takes a day longer to arrive with us, reduces the cost of return significantly as to opting for a next day service. All returns are done within 3 working days of them arriving here. I hope that this helps for future reference. Kind regards, Janice - customer services
