“Customer service Throughout was superb, Delivered on time. The delivery/assembly guys were extremely professional, quick, tidy & courteous. The bed is 100% British built quality, very strong & Solid. The Gloss white finish is immaculate. The only Thing I would say is that the Healthbeds memory foam mattress needs airing for about a week at least in a different room if you can as the initial fumes from the anti-bacterial treatment are overwhelming to the point they gave us a headache. Not TSBC fault but a point worth noting. Other than that, best nights sleep I have had in years :-) I would thoroughly recommend this company and their product to anyone who asks me. Very very pleased.”

“I bought my bed at only a few days' notice just before Christmas. It was delivered on time, put together by a couple of helpful, cheerful fitters (wearing overshoes) who left the room clean and tidy when they left. The bed itself is extremely comfortable and the storage space just swallows up so much 'stuff' but retrieving it is a doddle: opening the bed is ridiculously easy and every-thing is easy to organise so finding and retrieving items is very quick. I love my Storage Bed. Get one!”

“This is quite literally the best bed I have ever slept on. My backaches have mostly gone away, and the huge storage area underneath keeps all our junk and suitcases out of sight. Worth every single penny, and it's so well built I reckon it will last for years and years!”

“Very nice beds and seem to be good quality. Very poor service though. Have had an issue with the store as charged us for delivery and assembly but refused to assemble the bed as the room was "too crowded". Proposed to come back charging us 65 pounds, Really a shame buying a bed for 2.000 and receiving such a poor post sale treatment. Would not recommend to anyone.”

Hello Paulien, thank you for your message I am glad you like your bed. The reason for the re-delivery charge is because we were unable to assemble the bed as there was insufficient room and a high possibility of damage due to the building work that was being carried out in the room at the same time. We always give 7/10 days notice of our deliveries but do need the room to be clear when we arrive.

“I love my storage bed. It's got all my shoes and handbags in it. I have the frame that pulls forward too which makes it so easy to change the sheets and make the bed. Really pleased with it.”

“Excellent quality. I've ordered the grey Milano leather and it's lovely. The bed is easy to lift and stays up, unlike other ottoman beds which threaten to smash one's head! The service was prompt and very professional. The castor legs make it very easy to dust under the bed.”

“The service was excellent! The order was so easy to make, the website very user friendly and the staff very helpful in every question we had. The delivery team very professional too, managed to get the bed and headboard on the first floor no prob. We've been using the bed for few months now and it is so far great! No issues!”

“The service has been excellent from the start, when I was provided with a wide range of fabrics to choose from, till the end, with a professional and smooth installation service. I am really happy with my new bed: it's not only stunning but incredibly practical and functional with its huge storage capacity. I am already recommending the Storage Bed Company to lots of friends and family, and I am definitively going to purchase again in the future from this excellent firm.”

“We haven't taken delivery of our bed yet, due to a delay in the refurbishing of our bedroom. However, the service we have received from these people has been as welcoming as it has been reassuring. If the product is as good as the service we can look forward to many years of comfortable nights sleep.”

“One of the only things associated with our move that has gone perfectly. The sales staff were informed and helpful without being pushy. The delivery and construction were exactly on time and well done taking due care for our wood floors. Last but not least the quality of the storage bed seems high and exactly meets our needs.”

“Delighted with the bed, this is our 2nd storage bed & as before the whole experience has been brilliant from beginning to end. The daughter who the bed was purchased for says it is the best bed she has ever slept in and is really happy with the extra storage she now has.”
