“Amazing service from start to finish. From show room to fitting at home…. Everyone was lovely and the furniture is well worth the money! Sofa bed is comfortable as a bed and a sofa and that has been very hard to find! Thank you so much to the showroom staff and the delivery guys who put it all together…. They were lovely, quick, friendly and very helpful. Nothing bad to say at all! If you’re thinking about buying from furl, just do it! You won’t be disappointed.”

“The best of the best. From customer experience to the quality of the bed. The only thing i can say is how exceptional everything was. It is worth every penny. The biggest thank you to Zeynep! What a lovely person. It was a pleasure to have you as point of contact. You definitely made everything so smooth (and that’s a lot since I am usually one of those customers that want everything different). I bought an illusion bed and Zeynep guided me from the size of the bed to the fabric selection and the fit in the room. I could have not asked for a better bed. The headboard, which was with a fabric that I purchased separately and then shipped to Furl for upholstery, was perfect. It really made my dream bed. In terms of comfort, I can say I sleep like a baby. Thank you so much. Finally, I wanted to thank the person (apologies if I dont remember the name) who helped me to build the bed. He was super professional and he did an amazing job. It was really the cherry on top. Thank you thank you thank you”

“The guys arrived on time following a courtesy call to let us prepare. They were extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Genuinely nice guys and came across as very knowledgeable and passionate about the company and products. They covered everything I could think of and explained everything clearly and concisely. Very professional, Furl are lucky to have employees that take such pride in their work.”

“Very happy with the product and service. Our installer gave us great communication / updates on arrival, how long it would take, was very polite, cleaned up after and gave us a full demo of the bed. We were very well informed and left with the full information on how to use and what to do if we want to move, if something goes wrong etc. Thank you!”

“Excellent product. So good we bought two! Beautiful fabric and minimalist design. Although other designs would satisfy a more elaborate taste. And easy to use. These are solid structures that should retain their shape. I chose the sofa bed as it is said to be the sturdiest and most comfortable of sofa beds: as close to a normal mattress as possible. Delivered by the loveliest and most helpful of men. Thank you Daniel and Fabio.”

“Wow. Simply wow. I have just had my delivery and installation from Furl, and believe the reviews that this business is simply lovely. From visiting their showrooms and their knowledgeable, obliging staff, to their delivery team walking out the door after installing my sofabed. This has been customer service with a human touch, that is so precious nowadays. I love my sofabed, it is literally perfect, the fabric is beautiful, sofa is so comfortable, the mechanism of the sofabed is smooth. Delivery-wise, I had an important call at the delivery time (my fault) but the guys worked around me and came at a suitable time. Michael and Fabio were professional, courteous, got the job done in no time, and stayed to explain things to me fully. All within time, and with such good manners. I wish I could give you 10 stars!”

“A proper 5* company for good reason. From the minute I walked into the Barbican store, I was taken care of and given the necessary advice to make a decision on the leather (and additional features) of my sofa bed by Osama. Arm storage stores a double duvet quilt as described. The sofa arrived a week earlier than estimated – the process was friendly, respectful, awesome and efficient. Other companies should strive to have the delivery and customer service level of Furl!”
