“I ordered a sofa bed on April 20th and have now recieved it. I spend quite a bit of time researching the best place to get a good quality sofa bed for our new place and also visited the Swiss cottage showroom 2 or 3 times to test and then choose the fabric. Each time the staff were very polite and helpful. The sofa was finally delivered (I didn't pay for the quicker delivery option) yesterday and I was given a proper delivery slot of 45 minutes with a courtesy call 20 minutes before they arrived. The delivery guys were extremely polite and efficient and did a great job. It was completed (comes in parts) in about 30 minutes and they worked tidily and quietly and explained it all to me afterwards. I asked if the moving lever (so you can move the sofa easily) had been added - they hadn't because but they had the part and it was added quickly. They did a good job and I am delighted with the sofa. They also explained it would soften and relax with use (the ones in the showroom have been sat on for a few years and by many people).”

“We ordered a sofabed from FURL and it is very comfortable to sleep on, looks great and is pretty comfortable as a sofa too (we expect it to get more comfortable to sit on with time). Furl has high quality products and excellent customer service, both in store and delivery and installation. It's not cheap but you definitely get a premium product. We would highly recommend.”

“The delivery team were wonderful. Polite, Efficient, Professional, clean and tidy and kind. The Sales team at Swiss Cottage, and in particular MJ, were outstanding and spent as much time with me as I needed to make a choice. They were very warm and welcoming and extremely well informed.”

“The two gentlemen where both very prossional and polite. Made the job look so easy and in no time it was all done. After they finished they showed us how to operate the bed chair and how to make sure we understood how to avoid any problems. Very happy with my purchase and will be looking to see whatesle I can buy for my tiny flat. Thank you”
