“Absolutely amazing service from everyone that we came across in Furl! From the team in the showroom, Edward who came to measure our place and advise us on the right selection and the delivery team who assembled our sofa and changed pistons in our (old) storage bed not to mention various people we liaised with via email, absolutely everyone was friendly and absolutely brilliant at what they do. We bought our bed 10 years to, we bought a sofa bed nod and in the future if we ever need a similar article, Furl will definitely be our first port of call!”

“Beautiful bed - delighted with it. It’s such a clever, stylish design. It was delivered today by two absolutely delightful, efficient guys, who took huge care to protect the house and floors, and left the place immaculate.”

“Phil and Fabio were brilliant. We have a very tricky access up several flights of narrow stairs. They were so helpful and kind and showed us how to use our sofa bed. V grateful!”

“Customer service in showrooms, and throughout the ordering was very good. Receiving request to pay the final part of the deposit at 16:00 in the Friday to secure delivery on the Monday was less ideal, and should have been given more notice. Delivery and assembly people were very friendly and professional”

“Had our FURL Tokyo Sofa Bed delivered yesterday. Though it's early days, we couldn't be more happy with it. Great quality and Phil and Fabio who delivered it and put it together were great also - informative, polite and knowledgable (answered all my awkward questions with a smile). Looking forward to many years of comfort.”

“We are delighted with the new sofas; one is a sofa bed and the other a sofa with storage (for the sofa bed bedding). They look super. The fabric is beautiful. The two men (sadly I didn't get their names) who delivered and installed the sofas were fantastic. They were efficient and respectful. They explained about the mechanisms, how to ensure the sofa stays pristine and took away all the packaging with them. We are vey happy with the service.”
