“The sofa is beautiful and very sturdy. The team - via email and in the shop have all been helpful and pleasant. The delivery team were brilliant, prompt, managed some unexpected roadworks outside and completed the job in a cheerful and efficient manner. Thank you.”

“We are exceptionally happy with our recent purchase of a classic sofa bed from Furl. The entire process from visiting the showroom & selecting the right product (and finishing), through to ordering and delivery was handled with absolute dedication from the whole team. The product is extremely well designed & the manufacture of the sofa is of such great quality that it will clearly last us many years. Best of all, the sofa bed is extremely comfortable to sleep on! Many thanks for creating such a stylish & functional product!”

“All was amazing. Especially the delivery which is the last part of the service and what stays with you. It's seamless, quick, the team took me through how to operate the sofabed. Really impressive. To be honest that's part of the reason we keep buying furniture from you.”

“I ordered a large leather sofa bed after visiting Furl shop in London. The assistant demonstrated different models and provided a quotation. After ordering online, I waited about 6 weeks for my item to be built. It was delivered last month and assembled in my living room. I am very pleased with the appearance and comfort and hope my new sofa serves my family for many years.”

“Both the product and the delivery team are excellent. The delivery team went above and beyond to ensure the sofa got to our top floor despite narrow access. We're incredibly happy with the entire experience, from browsing products at a showroom all the way to the delivery. Thank you Furl!”

“We love our Cambio sofa bed. Furl clearly make fantastic quality furniture, thoughtfully designed to give a far better sleeping experience than is normally possible in such a small space, yet at the same time be very robust and easy to fold out and fold back up very quickly. The delivery team likewise had great communication, were very polite and competent and clearly knew everything about the product.”
