“Had our FURL Tokyo Sofa Bed delivered yesterday. Though it's early days, we couldn't be more happy with it. Great quality and Phil and Fabio who delivered it and put it together were great also - informative, polite and knowledgable (answered all my awkward questions with a smile). Looking forward to many years of comfort.”

“We are delighted with the new sofas; one is a sofa bed and the other a sofa with storage (for the sofa bed bedding). They look super. The fabric is beautiful. The two men (sadly I didn't get their names) who delivered and installed the sofas were fantastic. They were efficient and respectful. They explained about the mechanisms, how to ensure the sofa stays pristine and took away all the packaging with them. We are vey happy with the service.”

“Driver called when 30 minutes away and again when in village. Quickly took on board directions to delivery site. Sofa bed was efficiently set up and the team demonstrated conversion to bed and return to sofa mode. Team advised on safety. The team helpfully repositioned sofa bed from initial position to our aesthetic requirement. Polite and friendly throughout. Excellent service.”

“I am delighted with my Furl storage bed. It is very capacious and easy to use. I have had it for over a year now and the fabric has proved heard wearing and has retained its beautiful finish. The clever design makes hoovering easy. Definitely worth the money. It was assembled in the room of my choice very efficiently by the delivery staff.”

“Very happy with every aspect of my purchase from Furl. The showroom staff were very professional and helped me navigate the myriad options to arrive at the sofa-bed I chose. The delivery team were excellent both in communicating pre delivery through to their arrival (on time) and careful installation, demonstration and explanation of the product. I will highly recommend Furl to others.”

“The delivery people were really kind and nice. They arrived on time. They were very meticulous in setting up the bed and leaving everything tidy. They also gave tips on how to use the mechanism and maintain the upholstery.”
