“Very pleased with my service from start to finish. Monika in the showroom was excellent and very helpful and patient with helping us find the right fabrics to match the bed as we changed mind multiple times! Delivery drivers Fabio and Daniel were efficient, on time and took all the rubbish with them. Would highly recommend!!”

“This was our 3rd attempt at buying a sofa bed and I have to say it's absolutely the most amazing sofa bed ever. Not only that but the pride in the product of the delivery team that came to install it was so great to see. The team not only installed it quickly but them took the time to explain how to use it, what to do to protect it's long life and we had a lovely chat about how brilliant the product was. I would not look anywhere else for a sofa bed. Everyone that we show it to just love it.”

“Truly excellent experience from start to finish, from the moment I walked through the door at the Farringdon showroom to the installation process. I was talked through all of the different bed options before deciding to go for the Illusion bed. And, after seeking out black velvet, I ended up opting for a beautiful mustard suede bed. The installation experience was fantastic - a lovely chap who cared immensely about the bed being absolutely perfectly set up and in position before he left. In his words, "we don't want better, we want perfection". The bed is exceptional quality and looks fantastic. Really pleased.”

“Our Furl experience was outstanding: from the friendly assistants in the Barbican showroom, the helpful customer service to the delivery team. Yesterday, Daniel and Fabio delivered our Cambio sofabed. They were very polite and competend. They carried the sofa up a narrow, bending staircase, assembled it and explained all the features of the sofa to me. The sofa looks great, feels comfy and we look forward to years of usage. Thank you, Furl!”

“We have had a fantastic experience with Furl from the assistance we received at our initial visit to the Barbican showroom, communication and help during the ordering process through to the delivery and installation. The delivery team had a difficult job due to lack of parking on my street and tight access down to my basement, but they were quick, efficient and polite and did a great job explaining the features of the sofa bed.”

“I ordered a storage bed, whole proccess was handled in a very professional way. Team arrived at given day and time and installed it in my bedroom. It took them less than an hour to put everything together, they were very friendly and chatty as well.”

“I ordered a sofa bed on April 20th and have now recieved it. I spend quite a bit of time researching the best place to get a good quality sofa bed for our new place and also visited the Swiss cottage showroom 2 or 3 times to test and then choose the fabric. Each time the staff were very polite and helpful. The sofa was finally delivered (I didn't pay for the quicker delivery option) yesterday and I was given a proper delivery slot of 45 minutes with a courtesy call 20 minutes before they arrived. The delivery guys were extremely polite and efficient and did a great job. It was completed (comes in parts) in about 30 minutes and they worked tidily and quietly and explained it all to me afterwards. I asked if the moving lever (so you can move the sofa easily) had been added - they hadn't because but they had the part and it was added quickly. They did a good job and I am delighted with the sofa. They also explained it would soften and relax with use (the ones in the showroom have been sat on for a few years and by many people).”
