“Fabio and Phil were fantastic! Gave clear updates on arrival time - texting and calling! They were really efficient, professional and friendly. They explained everything we need to know regarding the bed (how it functions and how to look after it) and they put the bed together in no time! They also explained that if we were to move in the future, they could come and take the bed apart for us (understandably for a fee) but just to contact Furl. Really nice genuine men- very good at both the skilful side and personable side of their job! Please reiterate my thanks to them!”

“The delivery team were fantastic. They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and were right on time. They assembled the sofa bed quickly and showed me how to use it. “I bought an oak, extra deep storage bed. They’re expensive, but you get what you pay for, and this is probably the best storage bed I’ve found. It’s well designed, well made and facilitates the storage of a lot of stuff. My communications with Furl were characterised by knowledgeable and helpful staff and the installation team were efficient and friendly. I’d heartily recommend this company if you’re looking for a quality storage bed.”

“It’s a big decision to spend nearly £4000 on a bed but it came today and I’m over the moon with it and think it’s worth every penny. It’s their biggest storage bed and the storage space was one of the key things for me having moved to a small flat where storage is at a premium, and it’s so much bigger than any other storage bed I’ve had. Also part of why it cost a lot was the electric motor for raising and lowering it which for me will be well worth it as getting older I have been struggling with manually lifting my old storage bed. My husband is delighted with the high padded headboard as he reads a lot in bed. It’s very stylish and modern looking ( not like the old fashioned padded headboards with buttons)Watching the bed being put together you can see how all the materials and workmanship are first class. The indigo colour of the fabric goes perfectly in the room. The customer service has been excellent from beginning to end. Phones are always answered. I live too far away to go to a showroom so Monika organised a Zoom tour of the bed I wanted in the showroom. She always answered Email questions promptly, and I had a lot as I was nervous buying a bed I hadn’t seen. Booking delivery was straightforward and accommodating to a date that worked for me. It takes a long time from order to delivery because each bed is individually made but the wait has been worth it. Lyubo Delivered and assembled it and he was great. In touch on the journey so I knew exactly when he would arrive, efficient in assembling the bed and clear in his explanation of how it all worked. He also helped me put the mattress on , which I had bought locally, and took all the rubbish away. It’s always a bit of a risk using a company you don’t know and have just found on google but I would without hesitation use them again and recommend to anyone wanting a top quality bed. You will not be disappointed”

“We are exceptionally happy with our recent purchase of a classic sofa bed from Furl. The entire process from visiting the showroom & selecting the right product (and finishing), through to ordering and delivery was handled with absolute dedication from the whole team. The product is extremely well designed & the manufacture of the sofa is of such great quality that it will clearly last us many years. Best of all, the sofa bed is extremely comfortable to sleep on!
