“We are delighted with the new sofas; one is a sofa bed and the other a sofa with storage (for the sofa bed bedding). They look super. The fabric is beautiful. The two men (sadly I didn't get their names) who delivered and installed the sofas were fantastic. They were efficient and respectful. They explained about the mechanisms, how to ensure the sofa stays pristine and took away all the packaging with them. We are vey happy with the service.”

“Driver called when 30 minutes away and again when in village. Quickly took on board directions to delivery site. Sofa bed was efficiently set up and the team demonstrated conversion to bed and return to sofa mode. Team advised on safety. The team helpfully repositioned sofa bed from initial position to our aesthetic requirement. Polite and friendly throughout. Excellent service.”

“I am delighted with my Furl storage bed. It is very capacious and easy to use. I have had it for over a year now and the fabric has proved heard wearing and has retained its beautiful finish. The clever design makes hoovering easy. Definitely worth the money. It was assembled in the room of my choice very efficiently by the delivery staff.”

“Very happy with every aspect of my purchase from Furl. The showroom staff were very professional and helped me navigate the myriad options to arrive at the sofa-bed I chose. The delivery team were excellent both in communicating pre delivery through to their arrival (on time) and careful installation, demonstration and explanation of the product. “The delivery people were really kind and nice. They arrived on time. They were very meticulous in setting up the bed and leaving everything tidy. They also gave tips on how to use the mechanism and maintain the upholstery.”

“The deliverers were excellent keeping me informed of time of arrival. They installed the duette sofa bed with no trouble and quickly. They showed me how the controls worked and took time to explain everything clearly to me. I am very impressed by the ease of operating sofa bed. Thank you.”

“We bought our Super King Furl Max storage bed several years ago. The base is oak (don’t do it anymore which I think is a shame) The base is still like new and looks wonderful. Without doubt the best bed we’ve ever owned.”

“Really pleased with my Hotel storage bed and Luxury 2000 matress. Looks great - the Cleopatra headboard in pink velvet is super -elegant with the silver bed legs. So easy to use with the electrical bed-lift to access the strorage. The matress is quite firm (which is my preference) and really great quality. Amber (at the Barbican showroom) was very helpful and patient, and the guys who delivered it were very efficient and helpful in positioning the bed in the right place.”

“Extremely expensive, but once they arrive you kind of see why. I ordered a sofa bed and storage sofa; they're solid and beautifully made, and feel like they'll probably last forever. They look and feel luxurious. The delivery team were friendly and courteous, and made sure to explain in detail every aspect of how the mechanisms worked, the proper techniques for their usage, as well as dos and don'ts. Despite a hiccup with their Italian suppliers meaning the wrong mattress arrived (which they promised to rectify at the earliest opportunity), I have little to complain about.”

“Very pleased with my service from start to finish. Monika in the showroom was excellent and very helpful and patient with helping us find the right fabrics to match the bed as we changed mind multiple times! Delivery drivers Fabio and Daniel were efficient, on time and took all the rubbish with them. Would highly recommend!!”
