“Furl is an outstanding company to deal with. I first bought a storage bed from them 12 years ago, and now I am moving home I needed 3 more. Their products are amazing, my 12-year-old bed is still in perfect working order, and they are built to last and of the highest quality. Everyone I dealt with at Furl was so helpful, knowledgeable and caring. All the staff wants your experience to be perfect, which it was. An extra shout out to MJ, who really does go the extra mile in making sure you get exactly the product you want, on time. I definitely recommend Furl.”

“We are very happy with our Air storage bed which has more than met all our expectations. It is extremely well made and comfortable and the lift mechanism works perfectly. The bed was ready 3 weeks before the original scheduled date and was delivered and assembled efficiently by a friendly and helpful team. We are happy to recommend Furl and would definitely use this company again.”

“Wonderful sofa bed and recommended to me by a friend who had a similar great experience. From start to finish - help, advice and suggestions from the guys in the shop – North London and south London. A quick delivery and fit from a friendly duo. I was impressed with the talk through after. Showing me how to use the sofa bed- advice and tips. Thank you! I would highly recommend Furl.”

“This is five-star British company. I have four storage beds and two sofa beds from them and will buy 5th storage bed in the future. Became addicted and enjoying it. The company never failed me. Highly recommended.”

“The Furl installation duo did spectacular job of installing a new sofa bed in our apartment. They then gave us a succinct demonstration of how to remove the arm rests and how to activate the casters. Throughout they worked on a diligent and friendly manner never relaxing a thoroughly professional attitude to their task. A spectacular operation. Should be on YouTube.”

“I have my max bed for 3 months and it is amazing and I'm over the moon. The quality and the storage are excellent. Great shop assistants and delivery team. Everything come on time and it was quickly assembled. From feater which gave me very helpful guidance how to used. I would definitely recommend and buy again from Furl.”

“Carefully thought-through and well-designed sofa bed delivered and quickly assembled by two very pleasant delivery men who made sure they gave me clear and helpful guidance on how to get the most out of my sofa before taking all packaging away as they left.”

“I am absolutely thrilled with this company. Our new bed is beautiful and gives a great night's sleep. There is loads of storage without the bed having the boxy look of a normal storage bed. The customer and installation services are excellent. I highly recommend this company. I'm already planning another purchase for the guest room.”

“Update to my 3* review posted by anonymous. In between writing my previous review and it being posted I had been contacted by Aimee in Customer Services. She has been incredible and offered me a couple of fast solutions to my problem, both of which were more than acceptable to me. If I could remove my previous review I would, but can’t. Instead I would like to update it by saying I am now very happy with how the problem has been sorted. I cannot fault this company and highly recommend them.”

“Love our new sofa bed, Paris, in pistachio. Very comfortable as a sofa and as a bed. Effortless to open and close. Took the chance on choosing it unseen as in faraway Shropshire and needed one which could be assembled in the awkward access 2nd storey room. I also have to mention your brilliant delivery and installation man Paul Cranson, who was a joy and super efficient and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend Furl to anyone looking for a superior quality sofa bed.”
