“Ordered an arris rail, postecrete & brackets. All products were in stock (three of the 'major' suppliers were out of stock of the longer rail and the postcrete). Delivery was fast. Communication was excellent. Emails for the order and delivery details were quick. Driver called when arriving at the site. Couldn't ask for more. Will give Fulham a call first, next time. Much appreciated.”

“The online element was poor. No emails confirming order or delivery dates. Silence except for confirmation of payment. That said the offline experience was excellent. I was able to speak to helpful people who sorted it out. I will use FRM again.”

“Delivery not arrived on time. No communication after missing the delivery date. Need to chase them and yet not arrive on the promised date. No reply to email. Received the delivery after 6 days of scheduled date.”

“Excellent service from Fulham Timber. They sent us some good long lengths of picture rail as requested. The timber was good quality with no splits or warping. Very pleased with my order and would definitely buy from them again.”

“Great to find somewhere to buy large sheet materials but to have them cut too. Click and collect worked really well for this, as they were all ready for me when I got there. Helpful staff always carry stuff to the car too.”
