“The Postcrete in my order was not available and a substitute was sent without consultation, nor was it made clear upon delivery. The telephone operative was helpful, but it was a hassle I could've done without. The order was fine otherwise.”

“Edging for shed purchased. Delivery set by FT for Wednesday, when I would not be there. I rang FT and told them this, suggested Thursday instead and they said never mind, although it says we need your signature, we won't really. I agreed where they should deposit the goods. Despite this they turned up on Wednesday and knocked on the door, causing my partner, a midwife in the middle of some online training, to have to answer the door, as they required a signature. Which is it FT? Signature or not?”
