Hello Mark, We have just checked the order number you have provided, you ordered 2 metres of 3x1 par (T000004) As per product title and description - this is sold per metre, we delivered 1 length which was 2 metres in length and therefore correct. Kind regards, Fulham Timber Online

“After scouring the internet, I was pleased to finally find wooden picture rail match the existing one and also picked up another item which was needed at home. The communication was good - called and spoke to someone about measurements and the instructions worked out well. The delivery charge was a bit steep (highest I've ever paid inland) but the item cost wasn't bad and it worked out cheaper than the getting the builders to change the entire picture rail with locally sourced item. The delivery was prompt. Overall, very pleased - thank you.”

“Prompt delivery and good communication with us on the delivery date. 2x4 timber and 2x2 timber was good, but the laminated mesh faced plywood sheet we received was very warped which made it very hard to work with even in smaller pieces. As we are also using this wood in a social media campaign as a build demonstration it does not look great on camera due to the warping.”

“Fulham Timber have emailed me 3 times for this review. Some plywood edges were quite poor after being strapped downed tightly on the delivery truck. Delivery drive manually lifted the 8x4 sheets of ply off the vehicle before knocking for assistance and damage most of the corners. The 9x2 C16 Timber had considerable splits, poor sawn finish and damaged. Not Fulham Timber usual quality, a tad disappointing.”

“The product arrived a day later than planned but when i chased them they confirmed the issue. we managed to work out a plan and the timber sizing wasnt quite write but we agreed a way forward.”

“The product arrived as expected in good order and to to specification. The delivery driver was very good, as he had phoned earlier advising his ETA, which he maintained and then assisted with the awkward load. Thanks mate.”
