“Really poor service. Booked 2 separate orders and explicity requested as 2 orders (both orders clearly over free delivery limit) but delivered all as 1 order in the morning causing signicant site issues. Did not put into the order a later order, happy to charge.me but then did not bother to add to the order so never delivered causing more issues. Ordered 2 sleepers, same product, same time, the sleepers are over 7mm difference in height, installed on a hard surface so are not level... Really poor service and will seriously question my condition use of them as the staff did t care. I had to cahse for the repsos to why the issue arose and he was not bothered to help.”

“I've been a bit wary of buying timber on line in case I ended up with something warped, knotty or split. I needed some 47X200mm (8X2″) Sawn Treated, C24 Graded & Regularised Timber for a decking substructure. Fulham Timber had the best and a very reasonable charge for delivery. The quality was excellent. I'll certainly use them again.”

“Not enough wood was sent to fulfil the order. What was sent was very heavily water damaged, buckled and/or chipped. A very disappointing experience. The only saving grace was a fairly quick collection and refund, which was appreciated.”

Hello Mark, We have just checked the order number you have provided, you ordered 2 metres of 3x1 par (T000004) As per product title and description - this is sold per metre, we delivered 1 length which was 2 metres in length and therefore correct. Kind regards, Fulham Timber Online

“After scouring the internet, I was pleased to finally find wooden picture rail match the existing one and also picked up another item which was needed at home. The communication was good - called and spoke to someone about measurements and the instructions worked out well. The delivery charge was a bit steep (highest I've ever paid inland) but the item cost wasn't bad and it worked out cheaper than the getting the builders to change the entire picture rail with locally sourced item. The delivery was prompt. Overall, very pleased - thank you.”
