“You delivered a piece of badly damaged timber. I complained. You replaced it. Fair enough. But shouldn't have been delivered in first place. Extra calls, extra time, extra journeys. A shame because you have been great before.”

“Delivery was on time as arranged. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful. The vast majority of the timber was of good quality. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that a few lengths were warped and split. I would also add that the timber is good value for money compared to the competition.”

“A very positive experience. I hadn’t ordered from Fulham Timber before but would definitely do so again. I requested for a change of delivery date, which was accommodated without any issue. The delivery driver was welcoming and helpful too. The timber I purchased was of really good quality and at a fair price too. Thank you Fulham Timber. Craig - Fuzzworld Guitars”

“Every single piece of wood received was bent. Properly bent not just a little. They gave me a delivery date, I took a day off work for it, then the day before they changed it.”

“Good service however material quality was poor. Ordered hardwood ply and the top veneer was so thin that some of the substrate ply was grinning through”
