“I've had several dealings with Fulham Timber over the last few months. The customer support, advice and guidance given across the business is, quite frankly, remarkable. Everyone I've dealt with has been helpful, responsive and eager to assist. To cite one example I wanted to source some replacement Victorian softwood skirting (odd design and size) and despite extensive research (almost giving up) Fulham Timber came up trumps and organised for it to be resized at their sawmills to accommodate a perfect fit. Delivery service is excellent also acceding to my requests for deliveries on specific dates. Thank you.”

“Competitive prices, easy to order online, prompt delivery.. driver dumped everything by the driveway as nobody was at home. When picked delivery some lengths were damaged or cracked.....I guess this is the problem when you order things online, you do not get to choose which pieces to pick. But all in all happy with the goods”

“I'm glad I found this company for my personal projects. Good quality and great communication. Delivery was really quick. I bought 100 treated timbers for a diy fence and only 2 broke (which is completly normal since each is almost 5 metres and it's wood, it does have 'weak' areas). Will definitely order from them again.”

“First missed delivery date, gave new date and turned up 4 days early. Rang from outside the front door and asked if anyone was in? I explained that if he gets out of the van and rings the door bell some one will answer……. Product was good just really poor service.”

“Ordered an arris rail, postecrete & brackets. All products were in stock (three of the 'major' suppliers were out of stock of the longer rail and the postcrete). Delivery was fast. Communication was excellent. Emails for the order and delivery details were quick. Driver called when arriving at the site. Couldn't ask for more. Will give Fulham a call first, next time. Much appreciated.”
