“Obviously broke down due to my own fault. Called my recovery company. Whilst waiting I decided to figure out how to fix the wrong fuel. Looked up online found Fuel Fixer, who I ultimately use anyway, and they were 15 minutes away. Back running within the hour. Unbelievable service, perhaps a little too convenient, but absolutely delighted. Fair to say that the recovery were on it but I cancelled the call out. Thank you to FuelFixer. Yep E10 doesn't go well with a diesel or my RIB for that matter. Cheers John”

“Put 2.65 litres of petrol in a virtually empty diesel tank....did not want to take a chance. Called Fuel Fixer attended promtly drained tank...all of 5 minutes and that was it. Not cheap but for peace of mind and prompt service and helpful manner would reccommend...Not putting petrol in a diesel tank you understand!”

“While i cannot praise your colleague Andy enough, unfortunately, i have had to down rate as the back office support team did not keep me informed on when and who would would return after Andy had been let down with his brand new equipment. Luckily, Andy stepped up to the mark and informed me as soon as he knew he had been re assigned after having is van repaired...”

“Mervyn was excellent but the costs was too much . As the engine hadn’t started the price should have been adjusted . It took a fraction of the time that it would have taken if the adblue had gone into the engine and I understand it’s the same price . This us due to misunderstanding from the client but there must be a better way of pricing it properly and not just one price whatever the damage .”

“After making such a stupid mistake I was just thankful for Fuel Fixers support. They told me actoss the country this happens every 3 minuites. The guy arrived in a little over an hour and everything was sorted and I was back on the road within a further hour. The service dosent come cheap plus you loose the fuel as well but when you need your car to perform your job the pro ice was a hard bullet I had to swallow. Friendly & professional service which in the nicest possible way, I hope never to require again.”

“A few safety issues were exposed during the process. Petrol was spilled all over the floor. The employee didn’t carry any sand to absorb any spills? I was asked to try and find some? There was a small child left in the vehicle all the time fuel was being transferred. The vehicle has markings on saying flammable liquids on board. Also no way of knowing how much fuel you are being charged for.”

Thank you for this review. As per the email conversation, we did have and used a spill kit and it was not thought that sand was required at tat time. Regarding the fuel, we are very transparent and will show any customer the fuel receipt. We understand that the engineer did have a receipt on scene and this could have been checked. Regarding the young child, this was a very unusual circumstance, and we have spoken to the engineer about it. Thank you for raising this point. Kind regards, Aftercare Team.
