“Very good service but could be a little clearer on the total end price. Just for those who aren't familiar with how much the VAT can add to the total. Just a small gripe”

A really positive attitude and a can do attitude put me at ease. What was a very negative situation with the breakdown initially quickly turned into a positive one.
