“When I originally called at 17:30 I was told it was all booked and the engineer would be approx 50 min as he was coming from Hull. We did not have a problem with that, the issues started when I contacted back after two and a half hours. I was told I would get a call back when they had spoken to the engineer. That call never happened, I rang back again after a further 30 minutes to be told no one would be with me no earlier than 22:00. When I said this was unacceptable I was told I could have a refund and try elsewhere. The engineer who arrived Dundee Dave at 22:30 was fantastic. He apologised on behalf of himself as he was not given our job until 21:00. He had not come from Hull he came Stockport. Out of who I spoke to the only person who I would recommending Dundee Dave. The staff at the call centere was not bothered about not telling us the truth. I would have rather them have told us the truth rather than leading us on. The company gets a 1 star review due to how we were treated but Dundee Dave gets 5 stars .”

“Christian, who helped me out of a sticky situation, was a pleasure to meet. he arived promptly within an hour. Only issue I would mention was my initial quote was £380 for the service. I said I would shop around and the quote dropped in a short time to £240!”

“Having a lot on your mind isn't a good time to fill up your car, but there you go, I did, 33 litres of petrol into my diesel. I googled "wrong fuel in tank" and Fuel Fixer popped up. I called them and their "Fixer" arrived in less than an hour. A very nice guy who explained in detail the process he was going to follow, and promptly went to work. 50 minutes later the job was completed, tank drained and flushed the fuel system. Computer hooked up and cleared any faults arising from the wrong fuel being used. And finally put enough fuel (Diesel) to get me to a garage to fill up. An excellent service right from my initial call to the office, through to completion. Brilliant service, thoroughly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Very nice guy. Couldn’t fault him. But £400 call out fee is a joke. I was told by the call handler 330 on the phone but he didn’t think to tell me about the VAT taking it to 400. So for sucking fuel out of a tank and nothing elts it was very expensive but the fella that came was sound as can be”
