“Had to use the services of Fuel Fixer this week. Great service, from the lady that dealt with me over the phone, very polite and helpfull, to the guy who came out and dealt with my mess up on site. His name was Andreus, from Leeds. Again, very polite and professional. Very good at his job, getting around a couple of problems and getting me back on the road in less than an hour. Definately recommend these guys.”

“Really really well done . This was a really stressful situation for me as a high anxiety person . They original phone was calming and reassuring and the wait was only 40 minutes before the rescue van arrived .. Also bola was calm and explained everything he did and this was much appreciated well done to the whole team ..and thank you”

“Incredible service from start to finish. The first thing the call handler did was make sure I was safe and secure, it was late at night, and that reassurance meant a lot. They got someone out to me in under an hour, and the technician was absolutely brilliant. It was pouring with rain, yet he told me to get back in the car and stay warm while he got on with the job. Both people I dealt with were bloody brilliant, calm, professional, and genuinely caring. They completely put me at ease during a stressful situation. I only wish I’d caught their names so they could get the recognition they truly deserve. I couldn’t recommend Fuel Fixer highly enough!”

“Very expensive for the job and the guy on the phone made it sound like it was something bigger than what it was i felt like I had no choice but to get it done fast but after they did it i rang other companies who would of only charge £250 to £350. Instead of £880 talk about a over charge”

“They made our job was a lot harder than it was .It was a vacuum old add blue out put a small amount of add blue in then vacuum that out and check computer was ok it wasn't hard . they quoted me 470 and changed me £490. I challenged the price and they said it was for the add blue £20 dear for a drp of add blue .”

Thank you for your review. The reason everything looked a lot easier than you thought it would be is because of the experience and expertise our team have. Putting the wrong thing in your AdBlue tank can a) destroy your car, and b) cause you a very large bill as dealerships etc can demand that the only solution is to remove/replace components. We are glad that your vehicle is sorted out and able to be driven again!

“Great service and absolutely pleasure to deal with Ryan erased my fears as my I’m had filled her petrol car with diesel in a vulnerable state but with assurances from Ryan I rang at 8:35pm and the car was back up in running within the hour highly recommended”
