“No justification for charges of £2.5k. Took 4 hours to arrive rather than 45 minutes claimed thentwo appeared. The jobe took less than an hour with friendly, knowledgeable mechanic. Warned in advance of price after frightening me with dangers of possible £20k engine rebuild or even possible write off.”

“Did a thorough job getting my car going. However the price charged is fixed regardless of the amount of work required. In my case the contamination did not get into the fuel lines so it simply needed a drain and refill. This was done in less than half an hour. Admittedly the van had to travel from Taunton to Falmouth. The driver was pleasant and courteous and explained things carefully.”
