“Our drainer CSABA was brilliant - very efficent, knowledgable and helpful. Feedback - it would be helpful if the reception/booker took the correct email address as I'm still awaiting my receipt and the correct vehicle address details as we were left waiting longer than should of.”

“A very efficient experience after miss fuelling our van. After the initial call the engineer arrived in 40 minutes to drain and flush our vehicle. An unbelievably nice, friendly and calming operator (Father Christmas) to help us out. He kept us informed of what he was doing and gave us a rough timeline. In a totally bad situation on my birthday, the problemwas dealt with quickly and back on our way within two hours of the incident occurring.”

“I stupidly auto-piloted at the pump and filled my diesel Land Rover Defender with petrol, only realizing my mistake after driving for ~10 miles, whereupon I was able to safely park! Thankfully, FuelFixer got an engineer to my location within 45 mins, and were able to empty the petrol from my tank, and empty the fuel lines to my Defender's engine. Thankfully, I was able to refill with diesel and continue our journey to Cornwall to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary! Did cost me an extra bottle of champagne as compensation to my amazingly patient and forgiving wife, though 😜 Thanks to the call-centre operative, and our engineer for their swift help.”

“Bela was brilliant he arrived swiftly fortunately for us he was only 2 mins away very knowledgable, explained the whole process to us after explaining our issue he made us very comfortable and set our mind at ease took about 45 mins to empty clean and refuel and he explained that we were covered for 4 weeks after should any further issues arrived all round fantastic service”

“I wrongly put Diesel in a petrol car, my wife's car, not realising until a few minutes up the road as the car started misfiring. Left it somewhere safe overnight, got in contact with Fuel Fixer the next morning to see if they could help, which they could. The fuel fixer engineer Pete was in Portsmouth on another job but didn't take too long to attend our car, he was very professional, putting my mind at ease about it being a very common mistake by car drivers. He did the job efficiently and quickly so could get the car back on the road again, for my wife. Definitely recommend fuel fixer. We've saved there number, just incase we need it again. Hopefully not though of course.”

“When the wife accidentally put petrol in our diesel car and the AA wanted me to wait over 24hours fuel fixer were there in under 3 hours. Bence (i think he name was) was an absolute legend friendly helpful and explained everything couldn't fault him at all and he is an massive asset to the company! Would use again without hesitation but hopefully never need them again!!”
