“As hard as it feels making a costly mistake, I found them very professional and friendly. Not waiting for long. Be great if they were cheaper.”

“I accidentally put the wrong fuel in my car. The garage suggested Fuel Fixer, and the service was very good. The person making the booking by phone was very helpful and explain clearly what would happen. We had to wait about 1.5 hours, but the technician kept in touch with us. When he arrived he was really helpful, explained clearly what he was doing, and seemed to really care. the only thing is that the price is higher than if we had used the RAC or AA.”

The situation was upsetting and overwhelming; however, Luke was so empathetic on the phone, and his kindness was invaluable! Ricky was so helpful and understanding; he explained everything that needed to be done, and got us back onto the road as soon as possible. I am very grateful to the team!”

“Every interaction through out the whole process was very helpful, understanding and friendly. Many thanks to Leandro who I spoke with on the phone - very professional and friendly, reassured me at a time I felt very silly! Many thanks to Darren who saved my car! Darren was very professional and helpful from as soon as arrived- rang me when he was 10 mins away also. Even though I was in a rubbish situation it was made a lot more manageable because of the amazing service from these two!”

“Operative had a few problems extracting fuel. He didn't give up though, stuck at it and was eventually successful....top marks for that. Car restarted, but then stopped. Operative unable to get the car restarted again for second time...said there was nothing more he could do. I eventually got the car restarted again. Car running g perfectly now.”

“The guy knew his job didn’t really take 10 minutes thought it was a ridiculous price for ten minutes work , it feels like it’s a bit of a rip off if I’m honest all he did was put a pump in the tank pump it out put some fresh fuel in and thanks for the money see you later”
