“The contact was given at the garage when asked for advice The call centre contact was smooth and reassuring. I was lucky as that immediate advice stopped me making mistakes . Assistant was efficient and supportive. THANK YOU . Would definitely Recommend”

“I accidentally put petrol in my diesel van. I wasn’t aware until a few moments later my van started shuddering and bunny hopping! I phoned the petrol station and they confirmed that I had indeed put petrol in. They gave me Fuel Fixers number. I am a member of the AA, however the thought of waiting around for hours didn’t appeal at the end of a busy day and I needed the van for work the next day. I phoned Fuel Fixers and spoke to Laveal. He was very friendly and reassuring. He told me exactly what the cost would be and how long Id wait until someone could help. Considering how busy the roads were with rush hour traffic and diversions, I didn’t have to wait too long (under two hours). I initially paid a fee of £150 and the rest to be paid to the mechanic. Michael text me and let me know how long he’d be. When he arrived he was cheerful, professional and confident. He even topped up my screen wash for me, as I mentioned it was low. He was kind and helpful and I felt certain that he would do a good job. Which he did. It’s not cheap, however I felt I got good value for money. The company were very respectful, responsive and professional. They got the job done and turned a negative experience in to a positive one. Thank you Michael I wish everyone was as helpful as you and also Laveal. Like a breath of fresh air!”

“I called Fuel Fixer when I stupidly filled my tank with diesel instead of petrol. As a result my car would not start. Service was a little late but the operative was friendly, helpful and clearly very experienced. I have been very satisfied with the result - no problems with the car since. I have never been in this situation before and so did not know what it was likely to cost to fix. I was initially quoted a price of well over £400 but haggled and eventually settled for £260. I’m left with the feeling that if I’d haggled longer the price might have come down even more.”

“The Fuel Fixer engineer arrived within the hour and could not have been more courteous throughout. He was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable regarding my make and model of vehicle and knew exactly how to rectify my misfuelling problem. Taking great care to protect the bodywork of my car and monobloc driveway he worked to remove the fuel, flush the system and cancel any fault codes. The whole process only took about 40 minutes and I was good to go. I would highly recommend Fuel Fixer's services.”

“One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, after one of our engineers put the adblue in the diesel tank. While they were still taking detail they had dispatched somebody they arrived within 30mins. Our engineer back on the road after 2hrs. Thanks. If you are thinking of using them. Don’t hesitate make that call.”

“The guys were very professional and knew exactly what to do and gave lots of useful advice. However I thought the sales advice line were a little heavy handed and doom laden and almost put me off proceeding, but my overall impression was of an efficient organisation. Not the cheapest, but quite thorough.”
