“The service was friendly and professional throughout. The only downside was that the actual price was much higher than the cost suggested in the Web advertising. A delay getting to me on account of heavy traffic can't account for this since I agreed (after swallowing hard) to the price before going ahead. I needed the car urgently for hospital visits. However I didn't believe for a moment the 'from £99 ' claim which some competitors make. That is probably just the call out fee. The whole process took perhaps an hour, though I think it was a little less. Perhaps it would be preferable to quote an average fee, though this would be kicking against the unlikely claims made by your competitors.”

“To who this concerns On Sunday 12 th July 2026 I inadvertently Put Ad Blue in my Deisel tank. I contacted your company who sent a member of staff out to drain out the system and flush out the Ad Blue . Capable employee . He was at my property for 75 minuets . The total bill Was for £548 . Which is an incredible large about of money. Just wondering how you justify your prices . Or do you rely on peoples venerability at their moment of need ?”
