“Please with response time 40 minutes Have Questioned amount off fuel placed in car But thats a separate matter”

“Turned up when predicted. Fast and efficient. Uncompetitive on price.”

“Very good service. Not giving 5 stars simply down to timing. Was told would arrive on 2 and half hours, but actually arrived 5 hours later. Which made us begin to think we had given money ti a scam company. Had ti go to companies house on line and do a search to check it out. Would use the fuel fixer company again.”

“Very good service, if quite expensive. The engineer who attended my situation was excellent in every respect. Personable, very quick and thorough. Made sure the bike was running properly and would restart as necessary. If your price was more competitive, you would have earned 5 stars. If the engineer who attended wasn't so good, you would have had 3 stars. He really was that good! As a company, you did get me out of nasty predicament to be fair.”

“I didn’t misfuel my car but simply had unwanted stale fuel to dispose of (my local recycling centre refused to accept it). You advertise this as a service but in practice treat it as a misfuel and charge at your standard rates - which results in a high cost for a simple service. Your operative arrived promptly and did a neat job but you need to re-think the offering.”

“Speedy turn out, very courteous, drained old fuel, tried to restart after putting new fuel in, but battery died so left in limbo, I did recharge the battery and I did message you but no one got back to me that despite numerous attempts to restart wouldn't have it, wanted to check was refuel done with correct fuel ? No answer, if so what could be reason for No start, ended up burning out starter motor trying to purge fuel from system, so still have a dead car waiting for a new starter motor, would have been nice if someone had got back to me on my messages,”

“The man that attended to drain our fuel was very good however the guy on the phone neglected to tell us that the price quoted was not inclusive of VAT. The final price came as a bit of a shock”

“I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS IF THE FUEL FILTER WAS CHANGED AS PART OF THE SERVICE AS THE GUY FROM THE AA ADVISED THAT IT SHOULD BE CHANGED ANY ADD BLUE ISSUE.”

“The guy that did the job was great took him a little over an hour however the cost of over 400 pounds was extortionate there are other companies doing this job for much less ,lesson learnt.”

“Did a good job removing fuel, flushing the system, but unfortunately forgot to put back engine cover, left it on my bins which I found next day, phoned and they got the technician to phone me, he did and I had to put the cover back under his instructions”

“Excellent service got to me in 30mins job done in 30mins but ridiculous price could of joined AA at half the price and called them out straight away,unfortunately I needed to get it done quickly so had to pay the price for my mistake”
