“The engineer was great.however the company makes different quotes for the same service .for example they first would say a very high price , then slowly drop it.i was given a quote and my husband a lower one, and when i asked to pay the lower amount i was refused.”

“You did well at removing the fuel but did not clean the tank or the fuel filter in the tank. I broke down constantly on the way home. I have removed my tank and it was full of grease and the fuel filter was blocked as well a lot of money for nothing.”

Hello John, Thank you for your feedback. We're really sorry to hear that you faced issues after our service. I see from the job report that we were booked to remove water from your fuel (diesel) tank. From your review, there was no trace of water left, which would mean that we did do what we were booked to do. The presence of grease could be the result of the misfuelling (diesel contains natural hydrocarbons and sometimes additives that act like surfactants), but if it were, then it would be a thin emulsion layer, not a load of grease. On the filter, we do recommend that the filter be replaced. In the case of water, the filter, being made of a paper product, would absorb water and the only handling is to replace it. Whilst it is wet, you could have management lights and sensor lights Regards, Team Fuel Fixer

“Operative arrived in under one hour and answered all my questions thoroughly whilst the diesel was removed from my petrol car. They then put petrol back in and ensured the engine started and ran smoothly and I was back on the road 1.5hrs after making the initial call. Many thanks to Robert who attended and of course the back office team”
