“We moved from the US to Scotland and purchased a car a week after our arrival. There was a miscommunication between us with the seller and we ultimately put petrol in the car instead of diesel. It was around 8:30 pm and we had a serviceman to our location within 40 minutes. Michal was amazing and had the problem fixed which was a HUGE relief. After handing us back the keys and taking off, we tried to drive and the car quit working after making it down the street. We called Michal back and he was quick to come and assist, once again fixing the problem! Incredible customer service. Thanks Michal!”

“I was hugely frustrated to put diesel in my petrol tank. I used your number and had heard everything said but at the end of the discussion I was paying £300+ plus VAT. I waited nearly 3 hours and he was with me for 30 minutes maximum. It is a lot of money for what I actually got. The man was great but I bet he didn't get £300🤔”

“First Class service. Responded to our vehicle within the stated 45 minutes ( In school delivery period ). Said the fuel removal process would take One Hour Fifteen minutes. it took One hour 5 minutes The Engineer explained the proces to fix the vehicle, and was very professional and pleasant. You turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. Thank you.”

“The two engineers were polite, friendly and expert in sorting out my car's problem . They went the extra mile to solve an additional problem with the car's electronic control unit which had become non-operational as a result of the fuel issue.”

“Answered my call quickly. Resolved all my questions. Gave clear advice so I didn't ruin my engine. Explained what they would do. Turned up on time. Worked for 2 hours to fix my problem. Experienced engineer. Easy to deal with. A litle pricy but worth it to me as I was driving my family on holiday the next morning. I had poured AdBlu into my diesel tank [doh!]”
