“Fully recommend this service, the tech who came out, if I understood correctly his name was Lee, explained everything just as Matthew in the control center did. End result saved my van. If you are reading this review, don't wait, get them out, you only have a slim 24 hour window. The sooner the better. Honestly, it is worth every penny. Thank you Matthew and Lee!! Good job”

“Slightly unusual call-out (diesel in a fresh water tank, needed to drain). Efficient booking and reasonable response time. However, the call- handlers description of the work required (checked with his management and confirmed) did not match the actual work carried out on site (actual work was much simpler and quicker). The cost was outrageous and did not reflect the work needed.”

“Arrival took about 1 hour, drainage commenced.Asessment made to not to fully drain the tank as it was deemed the saddle type tank limited the contamination.Additionally,the fuel system did not require draining. In view of this I would have thought the £380 pound charge was excessive to just drain about 16 liters of fuel.”

“The mechanic was excellent and had my car drained, flushed and working in 20 minutes! They even gave me a large discount, so very happy with their service. However, I had to phone the offices 3 times, because the mechanic took 3 hours and never phoned me, as per their protocol. If he had phoned me and let me know the delays, or apologised, then I would have given them 5 stars!”

“When I originally called at 17:30 I was told it was all booked and the engineer would be approx 50 min as he was coming from Hull. We did not have a problem with that, the issues started when I contacted back after two and a half hours. I was told I would get a call back when they had spoken to the engineer. That call never happened, I rang back again after a further 30 minutes to be told no one would be with me no earlier than 22:00. When I said this was unacceptable I was told I could have a refund and try elsewhere. The engineer who arrived Dundee Dave at 22:30 was fantastic. He apologised on behalf of himself as he was not given our job until 21:00. He had not come from Hull he came Stockport. Out of who I spoke to the only person who I would recommending Dundee Dave. The staff at the call centere was not bothered about not telling us the truth. I would have rather them have told us the truth rather than leading us on. The company gets a 1 star review due to how we were treated but Dundee Dave gets 5 stars .”

“Christian, who helped me out of a sticky situation, was a pleasure to meet. he arived promptly within an hour. Only issue I would mention was my initial quote was £380 for the service. I said I would shop around and the quote dropped in a short time to £240!”
