“I was not concentrating when I accidentally put ad blue in my fuel tank The cost was more than I was expecting but one they started the work they weee very thorough”

“Fuel Fixer really came to my rescue when I stupidly put unleaded into my diesel car. Yes I know, what a numpty. They were quick to respond to my request, stayed in contact througout and resolved my issue in under 30 minutes. The cost of the service was definitely fairly priced compared to taking the car to a garage and having them drain and install a new fuel filter. I hope this mistake never happens again, but if it did, Fuel Fixer would the people to call for sure.”

However they sent a lovely engineer who was very friendly and polite and did a great job, we were updated by text on everything from the confirmation of job, arrival time and anything else required , without them we warily have been stranded as our breakdown service badly let us down- now changed! “Not a service I wanted to use but a great experience of quality customer service. From my first call to the attendance of the tech a thoroughly professional friendly and efficient delivery . I will go as far as to say if just a bit of this company’s work ethic and service delivery rubbed of on other firms life would be a lot better . I would recommend not putting the wrong fuel in your vehicle in the first place , but if you are going to make a huge mistake ready easy these guys are there to catch you and somehow actually make it a pleasant encounter. I can’t thank or praise them enough.”
