“I used Fuel Fixer to remove the wrong fuel from my car, and while they did get the job done, there were several issues with their service. First, their communication was poor. I was initially told that the engineer would arrive within 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 2 hours. No updates were provided, which was quite frustrating. Second, their pricing is extremely high for the quality of service provided. For the amount charged, I expected a more professional and thorough job. After the fuel was removed, the orange engine management light came on. The engineer didn’t reset or properly test the vehicle before leaving. When I raised this concern, he assured me the light would go off on its own—but that wasn’t the case. Overall, I’m really disappointed. For the price I paid, I could have received better service elsewhere. I’d recommend shopping around before choosing Fuel Fixer.”

“Fuel Fixer were able to get someone to me in 45 minutes, just as promised. The engineer was very polite and quick, only taking about 30 minutes to sort my car out. Would have been 5/5 but for the eye-watering fee!”

“The Gentleman who turn up drained the wrong fuel which was great. But then did not have the right tool set to take certain pipes off or the knowledge to get the car started so I had to arrange for the car to be taken my local garage which cost me another £250 and them to top it off to only took them 5 minutes to get the car started by taking off a completely different pipe to which the Fuel fixer mechanic tried. So I was not very impressed with having to pay the £250 transport which was due to lack of knowledge. Regards Mark”

“From the moment I made the call after the wrong fuel was put in my car they had my back gave excellent advise and got the ball rolling to sort my car, the technician was with me within 90mins and quickly resolved my miss fuel mistake ( petrol in a Diesel ) pumped out my fuel tank and replaced with clean fuel to get me back on the road with no lasting damage to my vehicle. Excellent professional service would definitely recommend to others who unfortunately make the same mistakes”

“Excellent service. Shame the jump leads were faulty. It took half an hour to replace these. Once done the car started after several clearing turns. The engine has performed fine ever since.”
