They said they will put £30 Diesel in my car but they didn’t put more than £20 I knew it from my fuel clock after they finished the suction of wrong fuel.

Told by operator that I’d be left with £60 of fuel after flush out was completed. Lucky if I had £10 left in tank when done. Don’t sell something you’re not offering. Asked for recording to be be recovered to show this is what was said on a £667 clean out.

When I originally called at 17:30 I was told it was all booked and the engineer would be approx 50 min as he was coming from Hull. We did not have a problem with that, the issues started when I contacted back after two and a half hours. I was told I would get a call back when they had spoken to the engineer. That call never happened, I rang back again after a further 30 minutes to be told no one would be with me no earlier than 22:00. When I said this was unacceptable I was told I could have a refund and try elsewhere. The engineer who arrived Dundee Dave at 22:30 was fantastic. He apologised on behalf of himself as he was not given our job until 21:00. He had not come from Hull he came Stockport. Out of who I spoke to the only person who I would recommending Dundee Dave. The staff at the call centere was not bothered about not telling us the truth. I would have rather them have told us the truth rather than leading us on. The company gets a 1 star review due to how we were treated but Dundee Dave gets 5 stars .

Good morning, Your complaint has been received and we are in touch with you directly. Regards, Aftercare Team
We were quoted £360 which was exorbitant enough, the quote included draining, flushing and diagnostics. Only the draining was carried out, nothing more. Rip off!

Thank you for your feedback, Kevil. We’re sorry to hear you feel the service did not meet expectations and that you found the quote concerning. Kind regards, Team Fuel Fixer
The company is only worried about there bottom line and not what is best for the customer which is quite a shame considering that they have such good technitions. The sales team do not know how the customer is charged or how to deal with issues that arise that might not be according to the script. They are just after the money and not caring about people

Thank you for the review. We are sorry that this was your experience. We have reviewed the job notes and calls and it seems that we were given "95%" certainty from yourself that you had misfuelled. Due to your location, we asked that you go back to the garage to get the fuel checked. You did this and were told that it was contaminated, and you insisted that we attend your vehicle. We travelled over 2 hours to get to you, and found that you did have a flat battery. Since you had been adamant that you had misfuelled, and since you gave verification from the garage that you had misfuelled, it was deemed safer to get a fuel drain done. This was discussed with yourself and agreed upon - it could have been a flat AND bad fuel, afterall, and a 2 hour drive back to you if the car was not fully sorted was not to be entertained! So, sorry again that you feel this way, but all work was done with full assurance and agreement from yourselves at the time, after we had asked you to verify contamination. We therefore acted on your word at the time. Since the engineer did sort out your car, and got it started, it can not be said that there was "no service". Afterall, the car was not starting until our engineer dealt with the underlying problem.
As I a customer I do like it because of the service was okay the men came about 40 minutes but the charger is too high I wasn't expected £394 for 20 minutes job.. it could £200 on my opinion..

Thank you for the review. We are very glad to hear that everything went well in terms of the service and delivery. We understand on the price - it is always a shock to have to pay for a mistake! Kind regards Aftercare Team
No justification for charges of £2.5k. Took 4 hours to arrive rather than 45 minutes claimed thentwo appeared. The jobe took less than an hour with friendly, knowledgeable mechanic. Warned in advance of price after frightening me with dangers of possible £20k engine rebuild or even possible write off.

Thank you for the review. From the job notes, we see that the engineer came out twice, and actually did the fuel drain fully. Unfortunately there does seem to be an issue with the tank. We have not charged you beyond the booking fee. Good luck with your vehicle. Kind regards, Aftercare Team
It started very promising then the engineer turned up and looked like he knew what he was doing obviously engineer that attended advised me that I should go and get fuel filted fitted at earliest convenience so the next day I went to get a fuel filter fitted from the garage. The garage then advised me that there is still a smell of petrol from the fuel and they took a sample and checked it and yes there was still a lot of petrol in the fuel that I had in the tank even though I had filled the tank of the diesel I did ring fuel fixes and I was told to email the issue to the after-care department. There was nothing to be done over the phone when the after-care department got in touch with me they said that we would have sent the engineer out to you again to get the job fixed properly but I couldn’t have waited two days to get that sorted. I needed to be back on the road that day so my question is, why didn’t the Service Advisor on the phone? Just book it in even though he knew I had the job Just done yesterday now it’s a blame game between did I carry out works unnecessarily without their knowledge which obviously I did inform them, but their advisor didn’t inform me the right procedure so I just had to continue as normal.

Found the initial phone call frustrating. Fear mongering to prevent me from calling around to do due diligence.

Title: Fault Appeared Immediately After “Guaranteed” Repair I paid for a specialist AdBlue contamination drain on my 2021 Hyundai Tucson and was provided with a 28-day warranty. The vehicle had not been driven after the misfuelling incident. The day after the work was completed, a fuel filter warning light appeared. Hyundai diagnosed that the fuel filter housing was damaged and required replacement, which I have paid for. Given the immediate timing of the issue and that their technicians handled the fuel system components, I raised this under their 28-day guarantee. However, they have declined responsibility. I am disappointed that an issue arising the day after a costly repair, and within the warranty period, has not been resolved by the company.

Thank you for the review. As gone over in the email exchange, we did not touch your fuel lines or filter as the vehicle had not been started or driven. We had no cause to do more than drain and flush the tank. The garage diagnosed no damage to the filter housing but only that the water sensor had activated a warning light. The garage then advised that the filter needed to be changed. They charged you for this. You want us to pay for this action, despite us saying very clearly in writing before starting to do the job on your car (and in fact on any vehicle) that the filter will need to be changed at your convenience. We are sorry that we have not been able to settle this to your satisfaction by agreeing to pay your bill. We are also glad to know that your vehicle was successfully drained of contaminated fuel by our engineer, as noted in the garage report, and that you were able to get back on the road again. Kind regards Aftercare Team
Rip-off merchants posing as a legitimate company. You trade on the misery of your customers, charging £500+ for an hour's work. This review is a waste of time, since you clearly have no shame and probably won't put it on your website.
