“Broke down at 9am on a Sunday morning, called the guys up and they had someone out to me within 45 minutes. The mechanic was great, got straight on with the job, explained that it would take a while and would explain what he’s doing as he is going on with the job. He had also noticed a couple other potential issues with the car and recommended I get them sorted.”
