“I was in the unfortunate position of needing assistance having petrol in my diesel tank and the support I received from Fuel Fixer was excellent. The original call was straightforward and outlined the arrangements including the cost and then, when the technician arrived, fortunately within just 20mins, he dealt with the problem promptly and without any fuss. He was clear about the process and how long it would take (all done within an hour). In discussions with the technician he confirmed that his company wasn’t the cheapest but they guaranteed that they would have me back on my journey quicker than any other company that provides the same service. All in all an excellent service with very good customer service. They also provide a 30 day warranty, in the event that there are subsequent problems after the initial fix. It’s apparently rare for problems to arise but reassuring to have the warranty nonetheless.”

“I was really worried after putting the wrong fuel in my car. I thought l had damaged the engine. Didn't ve any hope in hell until fuel fixer turned up . I left it up to the engineer to sort my car out and he knew how to fix the problem. I back on the road n driving home as,though nothing had happened.”

“I felt the price was high. The guy took around 20 minutes to sort it, for nearly £500?. The guy was nice enough but also took 3 hours to get to me and I had 2 young children in the car with me.”
