“Sam was the attended who sorted out my car at my time of crisis, was very charming and calming. He sorted out my car in a very professional manner, he was really clean and tidy and didn’t make any mess around or on my car. He treated the whole process very respectfully and I was extremely grateful for his efficiency.”

“My first contact was with laveal who was fantastic he out me at ease in a very worrying time for me 10 out of 10 darko the engineer was also great he done a very thourough job my car is back to normal 10 out of 10 i would highly recomend your company thank you all for a great service”

“Did a good job only issue was paid for £40 of diesel on the bill but didn't get it”

Thank you for your feedback. Glad to hear that we did a good job! On the fuel, the job sheet here does show £40 was used. We do use some of that to flush through the system, removing traces of contamination, and the rest is put into the tank for your use. Of course, when we do a fuel drain, we empty the tank completely, whereas when your gauge is showing your tank as "empty" there is usually 5-10 litres of fuel left in it. So our starting point is lower than you would be used to, meaning that the amount of fuel we put in would not register as high on the gauge as you would be expecting.
