“This is a great company. Within ten minutes of phoning, a van was booked to come out and help me. Everything was explained very clearly and the driver/mechanic, Louis, arrived within an hour. “From the first phone call, the situation suddenly went from a crisis to just another thing to deal with. The operator was clear with a purpose to get me back on the road and the timings he gave me were to the minute. The guy who came to do the job of getting me back on the road was polite, chatty and very matter of fact which assured me that I would be back home in the hour. The only down side was the cost but I suppose that was the price I paid for a stupic mistake.”
