“The company is only worried about there bottom line and not what is best for the customer which is quite a shame considering that they have such good technitions. The sales team do not know how the customer is charged or how to deal with issues that arise that might not be according to the script. They are just after the money and not caring about people”

Thank you for the review. We are sorry that this was your experience. We have reviewed the job notes and calls and it seems that we were given "95%" certainty from yourself that you had misfuelled. Due to your location, we asked that you go back to the garage to get the fuel checked. You did this and were told that it was contaminated, and you insisted that we attend your vehicle. We travelled over 2 hours to get to you, and found that you did have a flat battery. Since you had been adamant that you had misfuelled, and since you gave verification from the garage that you had misfuelled, it was deemed safer to get a fuel drain done. This was discussed with yourself and agreed upon - it could have been a flat AND bad fuel, afterall, and a 2 hour drive back to you if the car was not fully sorted was not to be entertained! So, sorry again that you feel this way, but all work was done with full assurance and agreement from yourselves at the time, after we had asked you to verify contamination. We therefore acted on your word at the time. Since the engineer did sort out your car, and got it started, it can not be said that there was "no service". Afterall, the car was not starting until our engineer dealt with the underlying problem.

“1st class service all round. The staff on the phone were very helpful and reassuring. The charges were explained in full. The technician Bela was excellent. Polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained the process in full from draining to flushing to refuelling to restarting.and had me back on the road in 45minutes”

“The problem was resolved extremely quickly within a few hours despite it being during the Easter holiday. I would suggest that the cost of this service is not inexpensive. But that said I was very grateful for the extremely prompt action that rersolved the problem in a very efficient way.”

“Job was done and did find the light on dash still on and the guy my said that the fuel filter need to be changed to stop the light on dash to go off but for the £618 you thought they change the filter for us it’s a lot of money and been nice to changed filter but it was fixed”

The point you make regarding the fuel filter is not invalid, and we have looked at doing this work but the following are reasons why this would not work: 1. We would not be able to have each of our vans stocked with filters needed for the variety of cars/vans we deal with on a daily basis; 2. Many vehicles have filters which are not accessible to us, working roadside i.e. we are not able to raise the vehicles to access filters under the vehicle or even integrated in the fuel tank; 3. It is necessary to drive a vehicle for a short time once a fuel drain is done, so that any residual contamination is run through the filter - if this is not done, then the new filter would become slightly contaminated and you would get warning lights appearing, necessitating a second change of filter.
