“Your engineer was very helpfull and friendly. He had my bike up and running on petrol that was the correct fuel! I waas expecting to get it to the main dealer to flush the diesel out.”

“The guy was great, that came to clear it but was told I'd have complete clear out and car tested for any faults and other services, but was only done for the fuel to be drained, was a 10 min job for a quote of £400 which ended up £250 absolutely rip off for what was done”

Hi Andy, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear our technician was great, but we regret that the service didn’t meet your expectations. We strive for transparency in our offerings, and I’m sorry that you felt misled regarding the thoroughness of the service. In listening to the call made, we notice that the price was lowered considerably ie we gave a price for a non-started even though you had started the vehicle, we also took out the call-out fee as you would have been en route for our technician heading home etc ie we did what we could to accommodate any financial issues at the time. It was also stated that the technician would determine if a fuel line flush was needed. Based on his observation on site, a flush was not necessary, and this would also mean that a diagnostic check was not, as no contamination had gone into your vehicle's fuel lines.
