“The operator explained everything very clearly and how we would be contacted as they were about to close. It was 9.30 pm . The gentleman from fuel fixer arrived and was very polite and reassuring that we had not done anything to make the situation worse. He worked quickly and quietly so neighbours would not be disturbed. He left at passed midnight leaving us confident we could travel the next day. He also reassured my husband that many people make the same mistake when the ad blue is next to the diesel filler. An excellent service all round and no further problems”

“Arrived within 45 minutes after one of our vans was misfuelled. Technician was very efficient and had it back on the road less than 2 hours from the first phone call to fuelfixer. Would definetly recommend!”

“The lady I spoke to initially was extremely helpful and reassuring she managed to get me an appointment within approximately 2-3 hrs. The young man who came to fix the problem was very pleasant and efficient, we don't have any complaints about the company but hopefully won't need them again!”
